"The Singer" is an annual Chinese TV show for highly respected singers to compete. Dimash was the only non Chinese singer invited because the producer saw him perform for the Chinese and Kazakh presidents and was very impressed. He is from Kazakhstan is 6ft 3 and was the youngest ever competitor in 2017 at only 22 years old. Because of his age and the fact he was a wild card selection, he was asked to perform first. No pressure!! This was his first performance on the show and the audience went wild for him. When the show was broadcast on TV to approximately 600 million people he had to have bodyguards for the first time in his life as he had become a superstar overnight in China. He is now a world class artist and just turned 26 on the 24th of May but touring the world to sell out arenas with his solo concerts, (on hold until next year due to Covid-19) he also performs in concerts with the famous Russian composer Igor Krutoy, is constantly collecting awards, attends many prestigious red carpet events, film festivals and even models for lots of high end fashion houses. He is university trained in Classical opera vocals to degree level, also holds a degree in contemporary pop music and jazz with a major in vocals, and now has finished his master degree in music composition with a top mark of 100%. He has been having singing lessons from the age of 5 when his teacher noticed he had perfect pitch . He was offered a place at the Astana Opera in Kazakhstan but turned it down for a more contemporary musical career. He is a multi instrumentalist, more than 8 instruments and also sings in 12 different languages and has a range of over 6 octaves from a low bass A2 to a high soprano, plus a whistle register with his highest note so far being a 5 second D8 with vibrato. He is widely recognized as the best vocalist in the world. He speaks fluent Kazakh and Russian, is studying English and Mandarin and has conversational skills in both but not quite fluent yet. The reason we are not able to express ourselves watching dimash, because he is pure by heart and his singing is pure. His voice have cured diseases (if you don't believe me, check the video available on UA-cam a lady from Switzerland said that dimash helped her to get better suffering from cancer). The other reason for not able to express, we don't want to use words that have been used to describe autotune singer like awesome, incredible, alien, magical etc. He is different with an incredible heart, dimash does charity all the time and his love for children and older people shows his humility and wisdom. Dimash is from Kazahkstan. He was 22 during this performance and now he is 25. He is musically trained since age of 5. Mother is an opera singer while father a singer and producer. Can play dombra(national instrument of Kazahkstan), guitar, piano, drums, etc. He stands 6'3" and likes to play sports basketball, soccer, swimming, etc. He also compose and produce songs even when younger. He truly respects elders and loves kids due to their culture also. What more can his Dears(term he calls to his fans) ask for more? He is a total package and very gentleman. You saw the first performance of Dimash at the competition in China "I'm Singer 2017". From this day and with this song, he became famous in China. That day Dimash saw 600 mln people of China. This competition is only for famous singers, Dimash was there the youngest he was 22 years old. Dimash has, besides a fantastic voice, also chorism, artistic abilities. He was the first performer on stage in Singer 17 because he wasn't expected to do well. The other competitors (in the back room) and the audience (by the way they are the 500 judges) hadn't heard him perform before. You have just scratched the surface of all his incredible abilities and you'll be in for a wild ride should you continue to react to him.

Your reaction to this guy is, just about like everyone else's, STUNNED! I made a living out of singing and the first time I heard him, I knew my musical mindset had changed forever. Your reactions were perfect...especially when he takes you up into the "Mariah Carey" places. If you can, you should make an effort to hear all the other 'reaction' videos by what seems like dozens of Vocal, Coaches, Music Teachers, et al. For the most part, they, like you are shocked into stunned silence! For me, it's almost as if my brain was short-circuiting because it is just so hard to believe what I'm hearing, especially because, as you said, "HE'S A MAN!!!!!!!" I just loved watching your face as you tried to make sense of it all. Me too. And I'm a 70 year old man and have listened to, played, sang and enjoyed music my whole life. This is something completely different. This , for me, is an 'experience', one that I enjoyed immensely. There is a ton of material on youtube for you to peruse so go have fun. yes, only 1 week ago i have discovered this young man, and now i am hooked on his songs. at work everyday i listened to his songs over spotify all day long. beware though because listening to his songs can be addictive. my top songs from him in order are s.o.s., ogni pietra, love is like a dream, sinful passion, late autumn, eternal memories, screaming, love of the tired swans, war and peace and all the rest. practically all of his songs.

Dimash is from Qazaqstan (formerly transliterated as Kazakhstan). Dimash was invited to participate in the yearly contest of "Singer" of the Hunan Television (China). This is from 2017. Dimash sings the song in French. He was the first performer and set the bar very, very high for the other contestants. He won, literally overnight, 1.4 million fans in China. yes a competition show back in 2017 in China call I am a Singer. He was invited to the competition and was the youngest performer ever on the show. He was 22 years old here. The reason we are not able to express ourselves watching dimash, because he is pure by heart and his singing is pure. His voice have cured diseases (if you don't believe me, check the video available on UA-cam a lady from Switzerland said that dimash helped her to get better suffering from cancer). The other reason for not able to express, we don't want to use words that have been used to describe autotune singer like awesome, incredible, alien, magical etc. He is different with an incredible heart, dimash does charity all the time and his love for children and older people shows his humility and wisdom. He is man of principle.

Dimash is from Kazahkstan. He was 22 during this performance and now he is 25. He is musically trained since age of 5. Mother is an opera singer while father a singer and producer. Can play dombra(national instrument of Kazahkstan), guitar, piano, drums, etc. He stands 6'3" and likes to play sports basketball, soccer, swimming, etc. He also compose and produce songs even when younger. He truly respects elders and loves kids due to their culture also. What more can his Dears(term he calls to his fans) ask for more? He is a total package and very gentleman. You saw the first performance of Dimash at the competition in China "I'm Singer 2017". From this day and with this song, he became famous in China. That day Dimash saw 600 mln people of China. This competition is only for famous singers, Dimash was there the youngest he was 22 years old. Dimash has, besides a fantastic voice, also chorism, artistic abilities. At this performance, Dimash was a little fettered, he was very nervous. Dimash sang first, the contestants asked for it, they wanted to see their rival, and the translator of Dimash asked the audience to support the singer with applause. This competition is for well known professional Chinese singers and Dimash was invited as a wild card experiment. He was the first performer on stage in Singer 17 because he wasn't expected to do well. The other competitors (in the back room) and the audience (by the way they are the 500 judges) hadn't heard him perform before. You have just scratched the surface of all his incredible abilities and you'll be in for a wild ride should you continue to react to him.
There is only one answer to all questions ... Dimash is a miracle, a gift from God to humanity. He is perfect, elegant, modest, beautiful, charismatic, unique in all aspects. Your reaction to this guy is, just about like everyone else's, STUNNED! I made a living out of singing and the first time I heard him, I knew my musical mindset had changed forever. Your reactions were perfect...especially when he takes you up into the "Mariah Carey" places. If you can, you should make an effort to hear all the other 'reaction' videos by what seems like dozens of Vocal, Coaches, Music Teachers, et al. For the most part, they, like you are shocked into stunned silence! For me, it's almost as if my brain was short-circuiting because it is just so hard to believe what I'm hearing, especially because, as you said, "HE'S A MAN!!!!!!!" I just loved watching your face as you tried to make sense of it all. Me too. And I'm a 70 year old man and have listened to, played, sang and enjoyed music my whole life. This is something completely different. This , for me, is an 'experience', one that I enjoyed immensely. There is a ton of material on youtube for you to peruse so go have fun. And be prepared to be even more shocked (if possible) because he sings many other songs in different languages and he does like to show off that range (I don't blame him!).
