+Pietro Del Franceo you need to research more history, where did the Orthodox Church branch out from? to whom was it in schism? the "Catholic" name for the Catholic Church was first documented in writing of St. Ignatius Bishop of Antioch (Syria today, later on would part of the *Eastern Roman Empire*, much much later would be part of the Orthodox region) 107 years after Jesus . Orthodox Church started in 1054 due to schism with the Catholic Church. so who's the more "early"? if there is such a thing. or rather the Church then is still the Church now and as St. Ignatius says Catholic. reading the Apostolic Fathers and Early Church Fathers would help.
