Rachel English has more than 600 videos and this channel has only 29 videos, in my opinion, it's not the channel that is better but the teacher who teaches very well, I was never subscribed in the other channel, but here in the first video I watched it already I fell in love (by the videos of course)!

I felt embarrassed to see a comment where somebody who works for helping us improve our English is mentioned and compared. I think a good and honest comment is enough to compliment somebody we think does a good job. It's not necessary to compare that person to anyone, and the worst thing done is mention the name of the other person. Ms. Rhodes I love your videos since I discovered your channel. They are very helpful. I appreciate your effort to help us learn English better and sound more natural.

I have been watching movies since long in order to understand and intercept the sounds that come out from these movie characters. I left no channels and teachers here on UA-cam to seek their guidance. By the time, I’ve showed much improvement but still there were questions in my mind that how they join sentences and speak so quickly without getting words stuck in their mouth. Now, finally I got my answer when I watched your video that it was not a rocket science. It was only due to not having an accomplished and capable teacher like you. By the way, thanks for this wonderful video.

    Hey Keenyn,
I think your lesson is very useful and informative. I just simply want to say that the first one "the" is sometimes pronounced "thee: even though there is consonant being followed. I've noticed this quite a few in some movie or even interviews. That's why I explain to my students that this rule is not always 100% applied but it usually applies most of the cases as a general rule of thumb. If you can clarify this part, it would be even more helpful. One thing I've found out that "thee" sound is often heard when it is emphasized. Thanks for your amazing work.
