    Fantastic video, Monu.
    Could you try to make a video on personal life of a guy after phd or postdoc. We often don’t put much effort on thinking about our personal life (marriage, enough money to support a home, etc). I personally feel like the salary of a postdoc is not sufficient enough for this.

    Is it possible to take parents along with us while working on a permanent research position in European countries ?? Is the procedure easy or its tedious ?

      In Ireland you can take parents if only annual salary above 100k euro. Health cost should be covered by your own. Please note here Lecturer salary is 35k-45k and prof salary is approx 80-90k euro annualy.

      Publish good papers in top 10 journal in your field during PhD, then postdoc 3 or 4 yr and apply.
