No mention of it on Twitter, no unlisted videos linked through Discord- all four levels are just there along with everything else. It would be so thematically appropriate for that layer.
And every time hakitia is asked about why he never mentioned fraud, he either ignores it or denys it, sometimes even outright stating "What? Theres not a fraud layer"
Considering that they started making enemy changes, they probably quite close to finishing the enemy code rewrite. Because you know, it would be weird to add a new change in old code and then have to rewrite it in new code. Actually, as far as I know, all of Act 1 rework is done. They now just wait for the programmers to finish rewriting the code. Also, PITR and Heckteck showed quite a lot of enemy rewrite. They made two new systems(called Timeline and Behaviour Tree) that are super easy to use(if you use Unity game engine). The reason why many changes are unlisted on UA-cam is because Hakita only publically reveals big additions (videos that have ULTRAKILL XX at the start). Small videos or screenshots are only posted in Twitter and Discord (and now Bluesky)

I feel like this is all gonna drop with Fraud and Treachery. The reason we haven't gotten them yet is because Hakita wants basically a full version release and so wants to polish up the game for it.
nah, remember that they are remaking all prelude ( 5 levels + 0-s ), all act 1 ( 10 levels + 1-s + p-1 ), and maybe all of greed ( +4 levels plus 4-s ) WITH enemy rewrites. Even though most of the level design don't change, there are things added to the levels (the glass thingy on 0-4, cranes to 2-1 etc ), the improvement of models such as the skull and feedbacker. I personally think that the update is coming very soon ( or not idk ) cuz the time took to do ALL of these things match to the wait time. An opinion I have that I’m wondering if people share is that I kind of like the super super blocky and low-poly old type of textures, the Feedbacker arm looks perfect and encapsulates the art style I know Ultrakill by currently, and I feel like they’re starting to pivot towards detail when their artstyle isn’t that if that makes sense? It’s almost redesigning their logo in a sense that I don’t like so much, I wish they’d make and keep everything as it is, the gradient to better and better textures is kind of cool and I hope they keep it as-is, I think it looks nicest this way personally.

For a soldier rework/bugfix would be like you said, fixing their slope collision bugs, I would say make their barrage a little better, since it's kinda easy to dodge and is really predictable, maybe have 2 variations of it or make the pentagon shape of the projectiles be farther back in the burst and maybe tighter. Just my idea though.

In my opinion the enemy reworks are fine aslong as he doesnt just buff them over and over (ive seen too many games uproot their origins and then just fall into obscurity with the older fans atleast)
