    If this seems a little fast like it was for me, play it at .75 speed. Works better with my breath.

      Agree! I actually set it at .50 to make it slow and soothing for me.

    Can I do this before sleep? How many times in a day I can do this?I noticed It helps to slow down heart rate.

    Should eyes be closed during this and also can it be dont post having food or needs to have some gap post food

      It can be itll be harder to breathe as deep on a full stomach, but a small protein shake or a cup of coffee first wouldnt hurt much I am sure.

    This would be so much better without the inhalation & exhalation sound- especially for people like me who have misophonia. I had to turn it off after only 2 breathing cycles, it was very annoying to me & rather than feeling calm & peaceful I felt the awful, angry feeling creeping over me. I have no intention to offend & I'd love to do this but due to my misophonia I have to search for other So Hum meditations that don't have the whispery sucking in & blowing out air sounds 🙏💜🙏

      Just repeat in mentally and focus on your breath. At the end of the exercise you can hold your breath as long as possible. You'll enter a peaceful state of mind.

      I feel like 30 is the minimum for most, but I get better effect with 40 or more. Ideally between 50 to 110.
