This would be so much better without the inhalation & exhalation sound- especially for people like me who have misophonia. I had to turn it off after only 2 breathing cycles, it was very annoying to me & rather than feeling calm & peaceful I felt the awful, angry feeling creeping over me. I have no intention to offend & I'd love to do this but due to my misophonia I have to search for other So Hum meditations that don't have the whispery sucking in & blowing out air sounds 🙏💜🙏
Just repeat in mentally and focus on your breath. At the end of the exercise you can hold your breath as long as possible. You'll enter a peaceful state of mind.

If this seems a little fast like it was for me, play it at .75 speed. Works better with my breath.

It can be itll be harder to breathe as deep on a full stomach, but a small protein shake or a cup of coffee first wouldnt hurt much I am sure.

I feel like 30 is the minimum for most, but I get better effect with 40 or more. Ideally between 50 to 110.
