Ingredients:
for the ice cream mixture:
600g strawberry
180g cashew nuts
20g coconut oil
200g sweetener(I used maple syrup)
1/2 vanilla beans
for the raspberry sauce
100g raspberry
30g liquid sweetener(I used maple syrup)
Instructions:
1. blend all the ingredients of ice cream mixture.
2. put the mixture into ice cream maker. it should take about 20 minutes to freeze.
3. blend raspberry and liquid sweetener with blender.
4. gently mix the ice cream and the sauce. not to stir too much.
5. freeze the ice ream in a freezer.

バニラビーンズ 1/2本
ラズベリー 100g
メープルシロップ 30g
【作り方】
１、ラズベリーソース以外のアイスクリームの材料をブレンダーなどでよく撹拌する。
２、アイスクリームメーカーに入れて凍らせる。
３、ラズベリーとメープルシロップをミキサーにかけて滑らかにする。
４、アイスクリームとソースを少しだけ混ぜ合わせ、冷凍庫で冷やしたら出来上がり。

This first I made this a couple of weeks ago, I did not have strawberries on hand, so I substituted with peaches. It was delicious.
After finally getting around to strawberries... it was fantastic! This is hands down one of best vegan ice cream recipes that I've come across.
Did you taste the cashews in the ice cream?
@@sharlenepage1572 I didn't make but I can tell you cashews are pretty much neutral flavor, but make sure to use raw cashews (actually they're not raw, but that's how it's called) instead of roasted cashews. Roasted cashews will impact on ice cream flavor.

Soaking the cashew nuts overnight will make them easier to blend and make the ice cream smoother, especially if you don't have a really high powered blender

So inspiring. I was told to add a tiny amount of alcohol to ice cream, to make it creamier. It really does work. I used about a teaspoon of white rum for 1 1/2 half litres of mixture.
