The things you said in the video are things I already know, but it definitely came at the right time. I see a lot of polarizing or heated conversation online, and I have to be conscious to remind myself that this is not only make belief, but sometimes an exaggeration of reality. The more you treat the internet as a place of falsehood and fantasy, I think the easier it is to separate from a lot of the negative emotions that stem from some of these posts.

The more people realise what factors gain traction and starts trending the more what you said becomes true. The craziest stuff trends and gets suggested to everyone in the algorithm. Someone asking "Who is more important, your wife, child or mother" without any context so that people can get angry because there all subconsciously thinking of different contexts for example.
The internet is not real life, but it is full of first-movers.
Extreme ideas that grow on the internet become mainstream years in the future.

This is such a true message. Hard to accept but it’s true. I found myself getting caught up in the internet and seeing lifestyles and reels on Instagram. Once I took a break from social media I think I was able to appreciate real life a lot more
