Visited October 2018, hired a car and stayed in Reykjavik, day tripped to Vik past waterfalls and some outstanding natural scenary. Couldn't walk behind the waterfall as the pathway was iced over. It's a full day but well worth it, lots of tours availble too. Also drove the "Golden Circle" to see the Gullfoss waterfall and Geysir, both spectacular, well worth the trip too. Easier day's drive, again there are tours if so desire. Also visited Blue Lagoon, had a massage flotating in the water, a great experience for spa lovers. Note the showers have doors, possibly only place in Iceland to do so. The only thing missed was the northern lights, they are a hit and miss matter to see, need to go back one day.

Ah yea it's a shame when there's too much ice to walk behind the waterfall -- though I have seen people just go for it and brave the ice😬

A tip : you can watch series at Flixzone. Me and my gf have been using it for watching all kinds of movies during the lockdown.

I think I love the waterfalls best, although it would be hard to choose from all these great spots :)

Wow. Iceland is way prettier than I would have thought. I wish I could go to the hot springs, but I’m so far away. 😭 Looks like so much fun.

Another great one! I'll be sure to do a separate video soon of that area as I'm hoping to go relax there as soon as the weather is a bit better 🙂

Is it worth it to go for 3 nights with a camper van and visit these places?

How did you get to stay in Iceland? Are you a student there? Just curious, because you have an American accent.

I moved here a while ago after being offered a job. I should post a video on the process it takes for us non-European people to move here :P

    Friends, sorry for this question.
Do you really think that Russia is an aggressor country?
Do they think so in Iceland?
