If you own HDZero goggles and know why my image is over exposed while flying in certain areas, please comment below. Your advice might help other pilots in the future.
>edit: yes, a previous FW was not having the washout with analog, it was the latest FW that seems to be having the issue > Thread can be found on 'intofpv'- [Announcement] HDZero Firmware Rev04042023 Now Available< I was reading the thread for other reasons, so I may not be 100% on this, but other HDZero users were pointing out the washout, when transitioning to a brighter area. In that thread, which was about firmware related things; I think it was said to be a firmware issue, and the previous firmware did a better job, with no washout. Like I said, I might not be recalling all of it perfectly. But if you take this info, and use it as a starting point, I am sure you will find the answer, as it is being talked about online, with Carl, and other HDZero users.
Thanks I appreciate that. I'm not in the latest FW that was released yesterday/today(April 2023), but even that one has analog issues as well. For now, I'll wait until there is a definitive fix. For now, I'll use another goggle or live with the over exposed image.
Mine are overexposing as well with the module bay and my AKK module, particularly indoors with my Meteor 6 Pro whoop. I haven't tried adjusting it out yet. I tried it with an old 4" quad outdoors and it wasn't as bad.
Gotta make sure (if it's ph2.0) that connector ain't broke cuz on my ez pilot pro it wore out and replacing it it what it was. 2 minutes floating around like that and 3.1v. Idk but I don't have a mobula.
I cannot feel any difference in latency, but at the time of writing this comment, the DJI adapter does provide better quality. HDZero is currently having some issues with their firmware causing the analog receiver to sometimes show banding, double images, and in my case bright and over exposed images. They are currently working on a solution, and could be fixed at anytime.
Hi Nice!! Mine doesn t work😢 i have the skyzone rapimix but the module have bad conception: the pines are to low and only one ligne of pines connect to the goggle
@@OneManUnmanned I had trouble chiosing the channel, but I think it's because I have no signal unless my drone is a few inches from my goggle for some reason. Do you know if the goggle updates fixes this (I don't have an SD card adapter yet)
sir can you help me?. . i already got my hdzero. . but i can feel delay on the analog ?. . any setting to get like 120p or 90p?. . now it feel like 25fps 😅
Hi Trying to plug the URUAV EVO receiver., It seems that the pins are too short, they don't make enough contact and the module also falls when I try to put on the glasses. How did you get it to work for you? Greetings mate!!
There really aren’t too many good ones under 100. Some others that comes to mind is the Foxeer Wildfire, Eachine Pro 58(cheapest of the bunch), and Skyzone Steadyview X(just slightly over $100).

Great demo thank you! New to the hobby and set on the HDZeros. When I order I'll be sure to get the analog expansion too. Thanks!
Thanks man, I appreciate that. You’ll love them.

I think it's a known issue and might be fixed with a future fimware. It's more noticeable indoors, but does a similar behavior outdoors.
@@OneManUnmanned Cool, good to know, thanks!

I'll check..I don't think this is the problem though. My other analog drone does the same. I think the OSD is just slightly delayed.
Will the V1 modules be upgradeable to Wi-Fi streaming when available?
I don't think so. You'll have to buy a new V2 module.
Can you please tell me if you can feel any difference between dji analog adapter and the HDzero in terms of video quality and latency? Thanks!

1 year later… any difference?
Can you tell me where you got the 3d files for the analog module enclosure from? would be a massive help - thanks man!
I did not have any 3D printed files…The cover came with my analog module.
@@OneManUnmanned so with the receiver or the HD Analog Adapter? :D
Thanks for sharing your thoughts
Thanks
Thank you man, very warm and useful video. Greetings from me :D

Sorry to hear that, maybe support can replace it for you.
With the tbs module do I need to buy the module bay adapter?
You need to buy the Analog adaptor regardless of what module you’re using. The HDZero goggle does not come with them(it’s optional).
Really nice set up
Good evening bro always great video nice review enjoy the week cool channel
Thanks Bobby... Hope you're having a good week as well.
How do you actually get tbs fusion to connect to the camera? I'm stuck at downloading VTX tables for the mobula 6 on betaflight
You just need to be on the same channel from both the VTX in the drone and the Fusion module.
@@OneManUnmanned I had trouble chiosing the channel, but I think it's because I have no signal unless my drone is a few inches from my goggle for some reason. Do you know if the goggle updates fixes this (I don't have an SD card adapter yet)
So I'm putting one of these on my skyzone03o, do I still need antenna attached to the goggles themselves or just move my antennas to the module?
You can transfer that antennas from your HD0 goggle to the analog module .
@@OneManUnmanned Same question but with HDZero Goggles. Can I move my antennas from the goggles? Thank you for your work!

I don’t know what would be causing that, but HDZero is aware of some analog issues and plan to fix them in a future update.
What goggle foam are you using?
Factory stock foam.
What are the specs for the dvr recording ?

Decent footage
I believe this to be a known issue.
But if you post your experience in the Hdzero discord then you will get the info you need
Thanks, maybe I'll do that. There's also a new firmware officially released today. Maybe that will help.
@@OneManUnmanned
I don't think so as I've been running the non public version for a while now.
But I'm sure it's on their list
I had a look on the HDZero website and their Discord but can’t find the new firmware releases today. Where did you see it?

Thanks for the review still don't know yet 🤔🤔🤔
Thanks Bro. I hear you.. It's a huge commitment for an ecosystem, but it does work with 3 of the 4 VTX protocols.
Nice goggles
Because it’s going into direct light out side would be a lot different that’s my opinion
I tried it outdoors as well. It did the same thing…No big deal. Thanks for your suggestion.

the image in the goggles seems much cleaner than fatsharks, is that so?
I don’t have Fatsharks to compare. The image is nice though.
Those double omnis worth ?
They are OK in my initial testing. If you're flying long range or behind yourself alot, I would recommend some longer ones.
I like your personality subbed 🤌
Thanks.. I appreciate that.
