Mr. Ginsberg I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have been going through the dissability process for 5 1/2 years now. I had my last hearing on Monday in July. I watched many of your videos and was gonna go it alone but again many of your videos from having counsel,gettting letters from past employees was put me in a better position. I hadnt went to the doctors for a few years but i did have an issue that was getting worse. bottom line MY DECISION WAS FAVORABLE and they will pay me quite a bit. This in turn had me looking at a brighter side and will go and get the medical attention i need and start living again. Thank you again sir.
Thank you for this info. I think I’m going to have to call your office. I went into “final decision” on May 11, 2024 on both parts of my case and can’t get anyone to help me. I have some special complications in my case and I think I might need a lawyer if I don’t get my money soon.

I just received my notice of award. It took 3 months to the day from the time i was ruled disabled on initial application. 11 months total. I had no offset or other things to look at. I guess just FYI it is taking a long time.
I have been suffering from chronic sezuires since 2021 they started in 2016 but its called pnes psychological non epileptic sezuires im.35 years old I'm curious if my age and the little people know about Pnes if they will hurt me in winning disability?
I saw the money in my account before I received the favorable letter. Its just ashame that I had to pay such a big lump of it in taxes. I don't think its fair that the amount by which my SSDI is taxed, is based on household income. Because my husband makes a good salary, I get penalized with my SSDI being taxed at 85 percent! That doesn't seem fair. I think the law should be changed and the amount of secular earnings that only I make, should be used to calculate what part of my SSDI should be taxed. If it was based on my earnings (as the SSDI recipient), then my SSDI would not be taxed at all, as I don't work secularly enough to have my SSDI taxed. But, because my husband makes over a certain amount, I get penalized and loose more of my SSDI to taxes. Its not fair!

I won my case the judge awarded me 10 yrs back pay that's the great news however because I was married they combine mine and now ex wife money together we been separated for 5 yrs she is with someone else and I'm with someone else we are divorced now they are talking about doing a re evaluation whatever that means plus they are telling her that if she doesn't move out of my house they are going to take money from her and going to pay me rent out of it any suggestions?
Ok it took me 6 times and finally got it I've received 2 months still no backpay was supposed to call if not received by June now something about a underpayment and no delivery date for backpay?

What about the timing of a Federal Judge that made a bench decision approval?
