Suggestion for your camera guy; when he is shooting in an area where he's own reflection shows, perhaps it would be best to cut to b-roll of the same area while avoiding reflections of himself. Also, alot of the times he doesnt show the actual footage of what you are talking about eg when you were talking about the entrance the camera was solely focused on you without any b-roll. Just my 2 cents, I hope to see this channel grow you have something special on your hands!

For this amount you get small rooms, a master with a huge wardrobe next to the bed, not even a separate dressing😂 and the beach doesn't look that private. You also focus too much on decor details.
