At one point a fraternal organization had a case before the Texas Supreme Court, but everyone on the court was a member of the organization. The governor took advantage of the fact that you had to be male to be in the organization, and he had the only three female judges in the entire state become the Texas Supreme Court just for that case! In no other instance has there been an all woman Supreme Court in any part of the United States!

B-tier IMHO. Nothing bad, but nothing too special. And this isn't me being biased in any way. Some of my favorite states have D-tier songs, and 2 of my least favorite states each have one of my favorite state songs. My home state has an F-tier song IMHO.
Texas' song is a nice little, peaceful tune. And I can't really say anything against it other than that it just doesn't stick out that much to me.
