exactly! i believe amazing musicians (especially those who are not so well known, such as Buckethead) deserve all the support they can get from their fans. even though i downloaded a lot of his for free in the past, i still bought all his albums (or at least the ones i had songs from).
It refers to "Woods of the Suicides" or "Woods of Suicides" in one of the circles of Hell, where victims of suicide are sent to be transformed into trees. They are then fed on by Harpies.
Yeah, ive'd heard that one...adorable song...he has made alot songs to his parents... For Example: For Mom, Watching the boats with my dad and I love my parents, he has also made a song for his Aunt Suzie, He dedicated soothsayer to her...
Yeah, he compresses all the frets into the guitar with his mind and adds an extra one every time he puts on a good concert (every time)! He is able to play with 150+ frets cuz he can secretly shrink the size of his fingertips with the power of his raw awesomeness!
i know for a fact they've all played together before, but i dont know if they've done a full album as a band. but bucket has recorded numerous albums and songs with both brain and les, and played live with em tons of times they're all very unique and gifted musicians
OMG! The part at 0:17 - 0:40 is truly amazingly wonderful, every time i hear it, im almost starting 2 cry....quick question...is it buckethead doing that on his guitar or is it just something thats recorded?
yeah, i was looking at that game Dante's Inferno, and apparantly the seventh circle of hell is violence, and the woods of suicides is inside that circle. Obviously, people who commit suicide belong to that circle specifically in the woods of suicides, where people turn into trees and get there limbs cut off for all eternity.... lol, just thought that was kinda interesting :D
@Fan666Maiden Because i live somewhere in the north pole, i have to order my Buckethead CDs all the way from Amazon. It takes a while, but it's always worth it.
woods of suicides... if im not wrong, its in dante's inferno. a place where the suicidal go to in their afterlife, they are turned into trees, and can only speak when someone cuts their bark open and they bleed their words out. err.. i guess buckethead reads alot haha
Yngwie=Classical music on cocaine. Buckethead=One of the most amazing melodic, yet still heavy [both in music tonality and emotional depth, depending on the song.] players in the world.
what i mean is like upload them to were u can dl them like if you put em on filefront so ppl can dl them i dont think you should do that but if its on youtube i think thats ok
@SpartanLaserCanon - OF course, it's hard to find them but I was mostly referring to peope that do have access to them but are just too lazy to actually buy them. You could also try buying them off Amazon, though ; )
I gotta say, he looks kinda creepy and looking at those pictures really distracts me when listening to his songs. I think I should downloading all of his stuff xP
And for the ones that can't buy the album from a store? Why does downloading have to do with not paying? Why do you all associate it with that. You can purchase the download as well, nothing wrong with that.
he must know. suicide comes in waves, gentle, lonely, alone time deep meditating and thinking, snap the script flips shit and you get pissed, then all gentle again THEN YOU FREAK OUT ALL FUCKING OVER AGAIN IMPULSIVELY
@Fan666Maiden I can't find his albums at any CD store in canada so i had to. It's not like he's losing money or anything and he probably doesn't care about people downloading all his songs.
Intra Limpidus lol I'm well aware of that but I meant as a more permanent member. I am a huge fan of both bucket and primus and would love to see bucket in a band. I am not hating on his pikes and other work cause I absolutely love them but would still like to see him collaborating with some different minds. I'm also aware that it mite be a cluster fuck if he was with primus as theres not much room for more guitars . but something
@simplethunder gerund was wrong, but who cares if you want to download all his songs: look at wikipedia how many soloalbums he made, then how many albums with others, thats gonna be a lot of downloading
yea i know... some of their stuff together is great but it makes sense because who else in the world melds well with bucket besides les and the crew from primus
I love his music. It soothes and inspires me
0:16- OMFG most beautiful riff of the divines!
Infuckinsane.
This man is a genius.
This man is like Beethoven/Mozart of rock/metal.
Come on guys, buy the albums! He deserves that much for being so awesome and not suing UA-cam!
exactly! i believe amazing musicians (especially those who are not so well known, such as Buckethead) deserve all the support they can get from their fans. even though i downloaded a lot of his for free in the past, i still bought all his albums (or at least the ones i had songs from).
This song:
Proving that Buckethead isn't just a heartless shredding monster
i think this song refers to mouth fuji because there are so many suicides per year
Have you ever heard of Aokigahara forest? It's suicidal forest in Japan
It refers to "Woods of the Suicides" or "Woods of Suicides" in one of the circles of Hell, where victims of suicide are sent to be transformed into trees. They are then fed on by Harpies.
Yeah, what Dele said, a part of the seventh circle of hell is literally called "Woods of suicides"
Master of Puppets quite a mouth on that guy
his creativity is limitless
I want the begining to continue forever...
This is a very intelligent comment...
That's how I roll...
Omg. Hero. If it takes me 30 years or 100000 chicken souls I'll learn your music. Firing up the deep fryer and my amplifier.

It's true, hes not with him anymore, but he was indeed with him for this album years ago.
This song is too short :( I could listen to this all night
0:39 such a move after the breakdown!
OMG! The part at 0:17 - 0:40 is truly amazingly wonderful, every time i hear it, im almost starting 2 cry....quick question...is it buckethead doing that on his guitar or is it just something thats recorded?
Hereby nominated for best comment ever award

We'll nerver know 4 sure because he's sometimes tuning otherwise with MIDI.
@ramonjesuscar aggree, there are some kick ass rofss...but they are going round and round with no change...I like progression
@94Milutin I love the part where Buckethead plays the guitar.
its at the HArd Rock Cafe in LA
@smotpoker86 yeah, buckethead can do amazing things, so being struck by the sound of lightning was on the list.
a buckethead interpretation of select cantos in dante's "inferno." so epic and visually... weird and intense.
This existed 6 years before Dante's Inferno.
imagine a buckethead music video, that would be awesome
woods of suicides... if im not wrong, its in dante's inferno. a place where the suicidal go to in their afterlife, they are turned into trees, and can only speak when someone cuts their bark open and they bleed their words out. err.. i guess buckethead reads alot haha

Yngwie=Classical music on cocaine.
Buckethead=One of the most amazing melodic, yet still heavy [both in music tonality and emotional depth, depending on the song.] players in the world.
@ItzDelishus yes! that part is awesome it says a lot for a song without words lol i guess thats pretty much every buckethead song though xD
what i mean is like upload them to were u can dl them like if you put em on filefront so ppl can dl them i dont think you should do that but if its on youtube i think thats ok
@SpartanLaserCanon - OF course, it's hard to find them but I was mostly referring to peope that do have access to them but are just too lazy to actually buy them. You could also try buying them off Amazon, though ; )
Depends what album.. Brain played w/ Bucket on three or four albums. THey still play live together ft2t
the very beggining reminds me of a riff mastodon would embrace
I gotta say, he looks kinda creepy and looking at those pictures really distracts me when listening to his songs. I think I should downloading all of his stuff xP
@BucketheadWraith That doesn't mean we should stop buying his CDs.
@durpadoo - That's obviously true, but I was referring to illegal, "free"downloading. And you can always order CD's from Amazon.
why do songs this awsome always have an ending...
did anyone notice that every song from this album is written the same way? heavy opening, soft part, heavy, weird robotic part, heavy, end
And for the ones that can't buy the album from a store? Why does downloading have to do with not paying? Why do you all associate it with that. You can purchase the download as well, nothing wrong with that.
Pretty fuckin Heavy Bucket keep makin more songs like this @_@
its songs like this that the repeat button was invented for (:
he must know. suicide comes in waves, gentle, lonely, alone time deep meditating and thinking, snap the script flips shit and you get pissed, then all gentle again THEN YOU FREAK OUT ALL FUCKING OVER AGAIN IMPULSIVELY
they are all easy once you learn. some people are born with being good at some instruments, too.
@NintendoDevil I looked it up and it seems I've had all the songs on this album tagged wrong since a really long time ago... ;_;
He's friends all of Primus, actually. He and Les Claypool have worked on a lot of stuff together.
Paul taught him VERY WELL
@Fan666Maiden I can't find his albums at any CD store in canada so i had to. It's not like he's losing money or anything and he probably doesn't care about people downloading all his songs.

Fucking Death Metal from the most versatile musician in history.
Buckethead was struck my thunder........ twice. My teacher believed me. She better had.
I was thinking the same thing. It'd be a coincidence if not.
Buckethead should join primus that'd be interesting...
yeahman Hes played with Primus
Intra Limpidus lol I'm well aware of that but I meant as a more permanent member. I am a huge fan of both bucket and primus and would love to see bucket in a band. I am not hating on his pikes and other work cause I absolutely love them but would still like to see him collaborating with some different minds. I'm also aware that it mite be a cluster fuck if he was with primus as theres not much room for more guitars . but something
He's been in bands as an actual member before like Praxis and Guns'n'roses and stuff
Intra Limpidus and claypool and bernie worrel and brain lol I'm aware of his many projects and like them
The MASTER Will get bored with those guys.
He is more eclectic...
He's better solo for us all.

@Fan666Maiden wat if u download the cd off of itunes?
Holy crap; how many frets does he have on his guitar, thirty?
@simplethunder gerund was wrong, but who cares
