  • Another part of yoga is Pranayama. There are various types of pranayama. All pranayama are not good for heart patients. Heart patients should do anulom vilom pranayama. Pranayama keeps heart patient healthy.

    I am 54 years old. Had heart attack 7 months ago. one stent is put in my heart. I take 90 ml of whisky once or twice a week. I have consulted my interventional cardiologist who says it is fine. What is your opinion Sir? I do walking as well as yoga now and have recovered to a large extent

    Please make a video on how to get enough protein in diet in the absence of animal products. Dals can be eaten to a certain extent. What else can we incorporate to get sufficient quantity of complete protein with good amino acid profile. Are protein powder a good idea. And which protein powder is better whey based or soya based or any other. Please consider making a video on this. I watch and share your videos. Thanks in advance

    A very dear, aged 27, has been suffering from "Infundibular Pulmonary Stenosis" and is due to have angioplasty next week. The ultimate cure is the open-heart surgery. Sir, kindly suggest something for her.
