    I always get confused using 11+ something, or 11*something.

    by adding left hand side e and right hand e you 2e right? and by sending the positive 10 to other side of 56.that means it becomes negative right? so 66 - 56 =56

      If you're referring to the calculations made at 2:48 in the video, then you are correct.

    IF 2009 Population was ''N'' then who did u convert 10% into 1.1? can u explain it please ?

      You're referring to the question at 6:30 in the video.
      The 2010 population is 10% greater than N (N = the 2009 population)
      In other words, 2010 population = N + (10% of N)
      = N + 0.1N
      = 1N + 0.1N
      = 1.1N
