Hey! I'm thinking of getting this laptop for school, but I'm not sure if I should seeing that the reviews (well some of them) complain about the trackpad and how slow it is. Have you encountered any problems with the trackpad and is it as limited as a lot of people say it is? Like will you need an SD card with the laptop...also, is it slow?
Its not a bad laptop, so far its been working really well for me. In my opinion it works at a reasonable speed, programs open pretty quicky...here and there some programs might take a min but not long at all. The trackpad on the other hand is doing good and haven't had any problems with it. And needing an SD card I'm not sure about that yet my storage is at a good state right now. I have only been using it for a week and a half, but I've been loving it so far. Its so easy to travel with, battery last for the whole day and more. I can update you if I encounter any problems with it since I just got it.

I have noticed that I have ran out of storage so I use my SD card for extra storage and it runs reasonably fast. The trackpad is pretty good too! You should totally get this laptop and I can't wait to start using it for school!!

Yeah, also the fact that it comes with Microsoft Office is a total bonus for me since I am gonna be typing out lots of essays and doing lots of power points. Hope u like ur laptop as much as I do!

So if you don't want to deal with that I would look for something with more storage.

Hmm, I've actually never had to connect my laptop to hotspot. Does it connect to the hopspot? and just works slow?..... About how i edit, I started off with Windows movie maker and now i have an app called Animotica :D

Lol, thought their was something wrong with my eyes, the writing on your hp box and shirt was backwards. Congrats on your laptop, hope college is going well and thing are working out. I heard fees cost a fortune , so hope you got a scholarship or something. 14" is an awesome size, it's easier to carry around , the ssd card makes it lighter and faster. Those 15.6" is too big to carry around, and anything less the 14" is too small screen, then just get a tablet. It's cool that the laptop comes with windows. God bless you and your student journey.
Yea just for the web would be fine, 64gb should be much better than 32gb. The only problem i had with this computer is the storage space...everything else about it i loved; its very light/portable, pretty fast, & long-lasting battery. I still use it for school, just finished my 2nd year w/ it
You can try but im not sure about sims 4. You can't play at high graphics since this laptop is made for web browsing and light editing and it has a bad graphics card.

Its not a bad laptop, so far its been working really well for me.
