3 potatoes (840 grams / 30 oz).
1/2 tablespoon salt.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
200 grams potatoes or cornstarch / 7 oz.
cheese sauce:
30 grams of butter / 1 oz.
3-5 cloves of garlic.
1/2 tablespoon flour.
150 ml liquid cream /5 fl.oz.
45 grams Parmesan Cheese / 1.6 oz.
Black pepper.
Parsely.
sunflower oil.

Hello 👋 j’adore vos recettes que je regarde du côté de Bordeaux 🤗j’aime beaucoup votre façon de les présenter, que ce soit au niveau des images ( de prêt voir même très prêt… les bruits …. Antes de eu conhecer o canal dela, eu raramente fazia algum prato com batatas. Hoje sou amante das batatas! Já fiz vários pratos que ele posta. Já fiz a que ela está ensinando, só que espicha a massa com o rolo em superfície enfarinhada, corta tipo batata palito e frita. Ficam sequinhas e crocantes!
