    Great video. Ribs looked amazing. U should do more guest cooks with ya. Pretty awsome!! I have a request to do a cook. Smoked chuck roast. Herd it’s hard to do and also if done right here it taste just like a brisket. Dunno 🤷‍♂️. Btw. When wrapping your ribs with all those goods. Like brown sugar butter, honey and hot sauce. Try a little mustard with it when u wrap. I started doing that and more people seem to eat more of it.

    Hello T-Roy I love your videos only I've unfortunately made a mistake in imitating I've wrapped the ribs the same way etc but as it is after 2 hours out of the smoker they were extremely black think the sugar is caramelized were really not edible have used 160 degrees for steaming at how many degrees have you steamed the ribs and how long? would like to make it better the next time.

    • @TROYCOOKS
      @TROYCOOKS  4 роки тому

      If the sugar in the rub burned, you’re cooking too hot. Either lower the temp or just use a salt/pepper rub. I’ve never steamed ribs bro. Sorry

    Con todo mi respeto y amor por la cultura americana desde España un gran saludo y solo decirte que estas cometiendo un crimen a la carne ya que con tantos productos de aliño matas el sabor del producto principal, la carne y con tanta azucar, miel, salsas aliños químicos y lo quemada que haces la carne solo decirte que tu esperanza de vida será corta... menuda bomba para el organismo.
    Un saludo desde España.

    Do you ever pour water into the cooking chamber? They advertise that as one of their features.
