Best moment I’ve had this wipe is when I was in a four man on Woods. We heard a couple guys fighting scavs in the camp on the southeast part of the map. We all slowly snuck up to the edge of the camp. My teammate started talking trying to negotiate with the guys inside while I held a tight angle. Of course the two guys inside had no idea we were a four man. One guy was negotiating with my teammate and started walking towards the entrance I was holding, by the sandbags with the tent. His head went straight into my sights and I dropped him mid-sentence. A few seconds later I hear my other teammate take a single suppressed shot from like 50 meters away and then heard the death groan of the second guy inside the camp. VOIP is a magical thing

last wipe i had discovered my chadliness and had a lot of fun pvping like a mad man. but honestly the movement system for high level players was so broken and stupid. just being able to fly around the map with high strength and endurance and shoulder peak things in an instant with 90 pounds of gear on your back was just plain stupid and i honestly like the forced change of play style
This is exactly why inertia saved Tarkov. No one should be sliding around the map and bunny hopping all over, and peeking corners and ADAD spamming in a quarter of a second with 40kg of kit. All the whiners should go play COD since that suits their playstyle more
The flea market restrictions are by far the greatest change to come out of this update. It's beautiful listening to these former gigachads cry because "wahhh I actually have to go through the game's progression, do quests, and upgrade my hideout to get ammo equivalent to a thermonuclear missile instead of hitting level 10 and farming labs for 8 hours per day!!!! this is bullshit!!!"
I'm so, so so glad they took their game back, and told all these steamers to shove off with their sweaty ass advice and opinions. This is Tarkov, it isn't CS:GO, warzone, rainbow 6. It's Tarkov, its meant to be brutal, realistic, unforgiving. Next they need to patch out these ridiculous 2-3 story jumps, if you do it just give them insta death.
Combat is so much more satisfying with the new movement. No more instant peeks that drop you before you can react. If people want to stick their fat head into a hallway and peek down it they actually take the risk of getting shot. Holding angles isn't just fucking suicide by desync.
Honestly the new mechanics make it way easier for me to chad out, people play way slower than normal with bad gear & it’s super easy to be aggressive. All inertia does is prevent abuse of some game mechanics like jiggle peaking which I’m actually happy about.

I loved that BSG and EFT kept getting praised as the "MoSt ReAlIsTiC sHoOtEr" while not at all being anywhere near what this shit is like in real life, dudes running around with more than an approach march ruck load side strafing and full sprinting everywhere and now they're curbing that bullshit. Running with 50 lbs of gear on is rough enough and you notice pretty quick that inertia and gravity are some bitches.
i mean realistic games when taken too far are absolutely trash. it kind of defeats the purpose of the whole "game" thing.. tarkov is praised for being fun, addicting, and painful, with an added touch of realism. but for real 50 pounds of gear is absolutely nothing to athletes. im pretty sure in real life the armor alone can be 50 pounds or more and then you have the gun the mags the ammo the supplies on top of your clothes. if the game was anything like real life, no one would be playing it nor praising it. you might be confused on what games are

Chads have a lower survivor rate. Rats have a much higher survival rate. Chads look for conflict and die and brush by with 30k rubbles in their bank. Rats will sit in one spot for 30 minutes of the raid and leave once everyone is gone

I've started cursing people in bushes a lot more and prefer cqb cause I can sound whore. One of my favorite things to have learned from ratting previous wipes. I was also usually 68-70 survival rate where now I'm like 48-50 haha. Ah I love how much I've gotten better at this game though. I hated being too scared while hiding in a corner with just my hatchet. 3 years later and boom! What's that? Only 20k left? Well I still have an rfb with level 3 armor and a chimera hat and some lovely m32's. I'll just have to profit this raid then. Money isn't needed when I still have a dream!

Took a page out of sam's book and made my PMC look like a scav. Coupled it with VOIP and now all those friendly player scavs are easy pickings for the kill-quest tasks 👌

I recommend having somebody to guide you or use 4 tabs in a browser,maps from map genie, tarkov wiki, ballistics and tarkov market. This way you can alt tab to check map, quests, items and if ammo is usable.... But the best is a friend, community or Sherpa ( i only did the first)

but a jump that high being fatal isn’t realistic either but breaking both legs would at least with heavy backpack

I quit in 2020 as well. Voip is worth coming back to playthrough. It's really made the game feel fresh.

The People complaining just don’t understand that the movement before wasn’t how BSG wanted the game to play like. It’s not apex legends in Russia.
Honestly the movement doesnt even feel that bad ive hardly struggled puahing players like i did last wipe its maybe made w key playstyle a little harder but i think good players will still be able to move well enough to fuck on people that plus bag dropping before a fight is more of a requirement to save weight/movement speed were before it was just to save stam

Sam may call himself the rat king, but he has a 50+ percent survival rate and runs a lot throughout the raid. Is he truly still a rat? Or has he become the very thing he hates. A CHAD
Chadly rat
Chads have a lower survivor rate. Rats have a much higher survival rate. Chads look for conflict and die and brush by with 30k rubbles in their bank. Rats will sit in one spot for 30 minutes of the raid and leave once everyone is gone
@@Sstovers Ah I guess I have become more chadly this wipe then. I'm usually 100-400k in bank at all time, not necessarily chasing combat but I do love a good fight now haha. I've started cursing people in bushes a lot more and prefer cqb cause I can sound whore. One of my favorite things to have learned from ratting previous wipes. I was also usually 68-70 survival rate where now I'm like 48-50 haha. Ah I love how much I've gotten better at this game though. I hated being too scared while hiding in a corner with just my hatchet. 3 years later and boom! What's that? Only 20k left? Well I still have an rfb with level 3 armor and a chimera hat and some lovely m32's. I'll just have to profit this raid then. Money isn't needed when I still have a dream!

I recommend having somebody to guide you or use 4 tabs in a browser,maps from map genie, tarkov wiki, ballistics and tarkov market. This way you can alt tab to check map, quests, items and if ammo is usable.... But the best is a friend, community or Sherpa ( i only did the first)

Yeah, I’ve seen some guys who obviously normally run juiced up M4s, Slicks and shit absolutely flunking entire mags when they now have to use mostly stock AKs with shit ammo while trying to play like they used to and getting fucked by inertia. I love it.

@@KitKalvert tarkov is a game good for camping and you're going to argue with ur friends like - hurr durr why u ran away - omg i brought good gear not like u, an smg without a scope and helmet - hurrr durr i dont play with u anymore brbdhsj xD or its a game good for camping and u sometimes need to stop and sit near one box for 10 minutes since u suspect someone is coming there to trap him... With friends sitting in one place might get boring but solo, you can grab a phone or a book... or if you have bad luck of spawning in and rip after 3 mknites 5 times in a row there will be fights like - hur durr when i come with u i always die and lose gear, i run so cool raids when solo - while u just wanted to take him for an epic loot run that u completed 3 times without seeing anyone there and u had bad luck that next 5 times was literally a disaster...ans then, next 3 times was epic loot run again... but u had the bad luck that these 5 fail times were with a friend... Then you swap maps etc cause it didnt work there and die in next maps
tarkov requires a lot of patience and its rare someone will be as patient
