I respect you're opinion but in my book it's call sense of humor, he's not putting his coworker/apprentice in any kind of danger or speaking with unknowns next to them. This is just a typical day in the field.
It's a tricky thing to say with certainty. Kelvin appears to really not want to be on camera, which is fair. Mike can for sure be abrasive to some people, but I assure you this banter is very common. My current apprentice and me joke about burying each ither when we are dung ground work for example, somebody just hearing this my not realize we are both familiar with each other and joking.. there is merit to both points you and the first comment has made, but its very situational. :)
Keep him! He's the best!
Good lesson!! Don't forget those filters; they're there for a good reason.
Kelvin, I’m an Army Veteran. Thank you for your service!

Is kelvin special or slow ?
He will take it to learn. Once trained he will buy a van or pickup truck and open his own business. Only hiring other Hispanics.
And that’s bad why? If he trains him well and will pass that training over to other under him. The industry needs more workers
@@Sesamestreet9080 when you only hire your own race, that makes you a racist.
My boy told me abt Kevin I’m watching this video because of him 😅
If he doesn't smile being Stephen then....is he cuban??????.
Why is Kelvin mad. Is he from Nicaragua. Honduras???????

The way you are talking is unprofessional, specially with your coworker or apprentices
