Great video, I’m currently a helper at a commercial/ industrial HVAC company and trying to learn more about these Intellipaks, keep uploading more of these videos please 🙏🏽
I'm just a Maintenance Manager for an office building with two Trane Intellipak RTUs (75ton & 90ton), We've been getting ckt 2 trp for a long time and our previous HVAC contractor would just come and reset it and leave. At one point the bypassed one of the compressors (?disconnected it from power?) so I know that I have one compressor down, and it looks like that may be contributing to this problem. We are still getting that same diagnostic error about the ckt 2 trp. This video helped me nail down the most probable solution for my boss. Thank you!
I'm a Chief Building Engineer and can tell you to get another HVAC Contractor. A monkey can reset a unit however it takes a trained technician like this gentleman to 'Troubleshoot' the unit and find what's causing the unit to trip and go into alarm.
A waste of time you may have got the faulty compressor going but there is a good chance that it may burn out then you have a burn out too deal with just my thoughts
I love it when a plan works out! I tell people all the time I'd rather be lucky than good any day! thats a damn good feeling when you can free one up!

Good for you. Switching phases has never worked for me. Great video!
Great video. You troubleshoot and explain very clearly and logically; could be a computer programmer in your next life!
nicely done! you got lucky with that compressor, that rarely ever works for me either
Agreed! I was amazed it worked!
nice work Wes
Great video
That’s good to know you can free up a rotary by reversing the phases. Makes sense !!
Thanks keep these videos coming please!
It’s a scroll compressor.

I've worked on those before it's a little tricky it's just being exposed to them to learn them
Did you have to replace compressor afterwards? Just curious
Not yet. Just checked it 2 days ago. It’s still running fine.
what happen if you kill the power, but not stop the unit? and what you have to do to make the unit run if it happened
Sir i want to all settings parameters please
