@@lafayettewatts7805 In terms of rental income properties it really depends on what price point your looking at… it varies greatly, this is something I would be happy to discuss with you over the phone or email. In terms of fitness facilities off the waterfront would be Winthrop Center. On the waterfront would be St. Regis or the Mark.
