I’ve gotten a few dozen comments on the nightmare Luffy/nightmare Zoro point and I agree . “Nothing Happened” was proof enough for Zoro being able to withstand the shadows👌🏽
@@Nof-bp9oq That's very disingenuous. The first thing is you're disregarding that Zoro was already near death as Kuma stated before he took Luffy's pain. So to pretend that Luffy's pain was the only thing he had to endure is just not a fair approach. on top of that, we never saw Luffy freely get up from his own pain in Thriller bark, he didn't have to because Zoro took all of it and allowed him to get up immediately. Had Luffy been forced to withstand both his and Zoro's pain from the fight then he would have been asleep for days as well because it's far too much punishment for one person to endure and not have severe consequences. Using other arcs as precedence and reasoning to why he would take both of their pain together and get up no issue just doesn't make any sense because he never had to endure that level of damage all at once.
I don't see how Zoro could outlast Katakuri's Observation Haki when even Luffy couldn't do it. Luffy dealt with it by advancing his own Observation Haki and using the unpredictable attacks from 4th Gear Snakeman, not by outlasting Katakuri's Haki. Zoro can't do the latter, and I highly doubt he could do the former quickly enough before he loses. Now maybe Zoro still wins given Katakuri's poor durability if he's able to cut through his mochi and brute force his way to victory, but it wouldn't be by outlasting his Observation Haki.
zoro could not fight aktakuri what so ever. at that point in the story luffy was faster and stronger than zoro and has more stamina. and katakuri completely out classed luffy. if luffy wasnt made out of rubber and been able to eat all of katakuris mochi he would be dead. the same would happen to zoro because he has no way to fight against the ground turning into mochi if luffy cant do it zoro couldnt either.
I think luffy chose not to. I think he would have been able to based on his conversation with Brulee he seemed to be sure he had that option but didn't want to use it because he wanted to surpass Katakuri in pure battle power and not just win the fight
Important factor, yes zoro is durable but not as durable as luffy, yes zoro is fast but not as fast as luffy, zoro doesn't have the level of observation haki that luffy does and would have taken a lot of hits from katakuri that eventually luffy was able to avoid some of, im not saying zoro is weak at all but he definitely did not have the power to beat katakuri, zoro barely beat king and I'd bet a lot that katakuri is stronger than king
I can see Zoro having an advantage purely because of being a swordman. Katakuri's ability was shown to be used very similarly to Luffy, and Luffy's is much weaker to cuts than blunt forces. That being said Katakuri is still much stronger so it would be very close and Zoro would struggle like Luffy did, but that advantage could make it enough for him to have a similar result.
The whole point of Katakuri was to be a superior version of Luffy. He even took the gear 4 attacks easily. There is nothing Zoro at that point had over Katakuri if even Luffy had to evolve to beat him.
Zoro isn't touching the majority of the people Luffy fights and it reminds me that why Luffy was fighting Luci so hard, because he knew if he didn't win that fight Luci WOULD just go and kill all of his friends. Zoro is no slouch, but Luffy is Captain for more than just the reason of him wanting to be one.
Exactly.. I don't know why people keep thinking Zoro is in pairs with people Luffy fought. Like no the one's Luffy fought are very very strong opponents.
Oda hinted at it MULTIPLE times that Zoro is seen as equal to Luffy. He is literally a creative trope of someone who could be king, but CHOSE to serve. So many characters think he is the Captain of the crew. So many characters fear him more than Luffy. Why would it so bad if an anime had a refreshing theme like this? Luffy is captain simply because he asked Zoro and not the other way round. If Oda decided that Zoro was Captain from the start of One Piece, nobody would question that. Even without changing anything about the characters. And in my opinion that is one of the reasons One Piece is better than most anime. It does not shy away from doing something different. Its boring for example to see Vegeta always trying to surpass Goku and always being clearly inferior. Why not have someone equal just choosing to follow his friend, not because of his power, but because of loyalty and friendship? To me that is much more desirable and makes a better story.
@@FatManJackson First Zoro is only seen as Captain in the begining of the series because of Luffy's unserious nature and childish behavior. Zoro is the opposite that, someone you'd expect to lead. He's not seen as captain solely because of his strength, although it is debateble that he may be equel or even stronger than luffy before the time skip. Luffy pre-time skip is seen as some kid punching WAY above his weight and not taken seriously until he proves that he is someone who should be. In the Manga currently however, Zoro would never be mistaken as the Captain, because Luffy has far outgrown the boy he used to be. Zoro now a days isn't equal to Luffy. It's not a constent Luffy is the strongest on the crew. That aside, Zoro wouldn't win most of Luffy's fights because Luffy either hard countered his opponents like Enel or overcame his opponents through determination like Lucci or creative means like Crocodile. Zoro doesn't have the ability to win these fights it's just not possible he doesn't have Haki and he can't take advantage of Crocodile's weakness as easily as Luffy could. Just like Luffy wouldn't win a fight with Daz Bones because he lacked the tools to beat him as well. Post Time skip it's debatable, but he definitely loses to Katakuri and Kaido.
The kataturi disrespect is insane. Sure he used future sight a lot and avoided physical attacks for a long time but he still had extremely good offence. Also he was easily able to coat all of his attacks in a whole different tier of armament haki. All of his attacks were very creative and something that zoro wouldn’t have been used to not to mention his ranged attacks are top tier and vastly superior. And I’m not even going to mention how his defence is still off the charts, he literally impaled himself with his spear and kept going.
besides imapling himself, he got damaged by base luffy and lost in less than 20 attacks, most of which were weak. He has bad defense, his observation haki is his defense.
@@0x6a09 That katakuri vs luffy fight was just not done well oda used post dressrosa luffy which biggest feat at the time is beating cracker even tho cracker is way weaker than katakuri and he made luffy look like a bitch and katakuri won that fight instantly his armament haki was tougher and stronger but oda pulled a plot armor bs and made the fight become in luffy favor at the very end
this is literally the most bias thing ive seen. zoro ahs now ay to win in most of luffys fights. most of lfufys fights are won because of luffy using his devil fruit in effective unique ways. not to mention luffy is massively faster and more durable than zoro and stil lgets stomped out by msot of his opponents. zoro would struggle in a lot off those cases.
Nah man you lost me with downplaying Kat’s endurance. Bro impaled HIMSELF with a spear. That whole fight was about endurance and Kat being the tiniest bit below Luffy is wildly impressive.
luffy hadn't ate, kat really isn't that durable compared to what we've seen from people like Zoro, Sanji in wano even, kidd in wano, etc, like in retrospect, it's not that crazy when you look at the # of times luffy actually landed tbh .
@@justjosh5837 wano scaling is a lot higher than WCI scaling honestly also Luffy did eat it happened after sanji came back in fact he ate while fighting he had to exit the fight to go eat to regain stamina? While Katakuri couldn't Luffy woulda lost without brulee's ability to go recover his stamina
@@jokechi8697 i agree with you almost completely, I just don’t think I have it in me to say Kat has MORE endurance than WCI Luffy. At the end of the day, Luffy was able to stand the ass whooping Kat was giving him longer than Kat was able to stand whooping Luffy’s ass. I feel like that’s not super fair to Luffy to say whooping someone is more taxing than getting whooped.
He only impaled himself after giving luffy a WORSE wound. Kat is a complete glass cannon, the difference between the amount of times he hit luffy to the amount of times luffy hit him is crazy, and zoro would need even LESS hits than luffy to take kat down. Not to mention Kat was GARBAGE with that spear, literally only hit luffy with it ONE TIME and that was with help from flambe. Kat was MASSIVLY below luffy in endurance.
1. correction. Enma doesn't pull out CoC coating, it only pulls out ryuou (ACoA). Not a single instance of it being shown to have pulled out conquerors coating. Also, it was clearly shown that all 3 of zoro's blades were coated, and he scarred kaido with all 3 blades as well.
I watched a Morj video the other day that was pretty eye-opening. Apparently, there's no real way to tell when CoC is actually being used besides being explicitly told, or a wave of people fall over, obviously, as the black lightning can be seen being used by characters that do not have CoC. You may think, well, it's when they're not touching each other, but Luffy starts actually making contact with Kaido in gear 5th despite presumably imbuing his attacks with CoC, not to mention Old man Hyogoro taught Luffy Advanced Armament, which allows you to do damage without making contact. I think this also indicates that imbuing with CoC and using Advanced Armament are mutually exclusive, and as long as you can imbue with CoC, it seems learning Advanced Armament would be purely situational and not a requirement, like when needing to destroy a slave collar or fight an opponent that may cause you harm by actually touching. I think it's important to advanced armament would be highly useful against Sakazuki, Kuzan, Blackbeard, and Sabo. Probably more, but those come to mind.
He defientely didn't scar Kaido with all 3 blades lmao. We see one scar on Kaido after Zoros attack we see two after Oden because Oden scared him both of his swords Zoro only with one.
Zoro basically trains all the time when he’s not drinking or sleeping and with the time between dresrosa and the kaido fight he definitely got a lot stronger I don’t think it’s fair to say that zoro is the same as dresrosa or wholecake zoro
@@jelly.d.dragneel1752 I agree that he didn’t go all out in dresrosa but I don’t agree that he didn’t become way stronger between than and wano there is a pretty big gap and he did almost nothing but fight and train in wano before the raid he definitely got way stronger in my opinion.
@@jelly.d.dragneel1752 i can se doffy maybe finding a way to beat him because of his intelligence but that's a big if i do lean toward zoro beating doffy still but with more difficulty than the creator implied.
Zoro's first power up from the sabaody reunion was when he learned to use advanced conqueror's haki against king. Except for the change in sword, zoro is basically the same from dressrosa all the way to the rooftop
Eneru's not skilled? Literally the only thing he was not skilled in was his durability. Everything else was impressive. He was smart. Excellent athletic ability. He indeed seemed physically stronger than Zoro at the time, as he overpowered him in CQC. Haki was on point, as well as DF control. Truly a warlord level villain.
No, he‘s not warlord level, any decent fighter in the new world who has haki can beat him. Since he has skypiea luffy level durability they can oneshot him with haki, but they also need to be faster than him. Which isn‘t a big deal because even nami and usopp dodged his lightning
@@axshnjxsn2571 You can‘t really put him into a level cuz he has island level attack potency, but his durablility is just small city level and he is just massively hypersonic+
he can defeat doffy cuz if zoro didnt go all out and defeat powerful people imagine him going all out cuz if he 3x the swords he prob gonna be 3x stronger so if he defeats a top executive with ease he can beat dofflamingo with high difficuilty
i was confused about "katakuri running out of future sight"? he never ran out of future sight in the fight with luffy. Luffy just learned future sight and countered it with his own future sight.
Enel had one of, if not the most busted forms of observation haki in the whole anime, so saying that the only thing he had going for him was his devil fruit would be a discredit.
@@inlaidfir185 Bro had semi omnipotence over all of Skypiea. If you talked any smack at ALL in at least a *250km radius* he'd know about it. I haven't even seen people like Katakuri pull something like that off. The ONLY reason bro didn't solo the straw hats is because Luffy is made of rubber and legit isn't hurt by any of his worst attacks. Which also allowed him to hit him even though Luffy had no haki. If everything hadn't gone in Luffy's favor, Enel is soloing the straw hats pre time skip.
@@inlaidfir185 my point was that Enel's other abilities weren't being brought up, like how Luffy was only able hit Enel when he didn't think about it, having to rely on his fists ricocheting or Enel coming at Luffy head on. It never mentioned Enel's observation haki.
@@thebekfistmonster7838 yes, but that’s bc it wasn’t necessary, zoro loses no matter what there, zoro would’ve needed a rubber sword or something at that point to even damage him
I don't see Zoro outlasting Katakuri, the only reason Luffy lasted that long was because he was quick enough that Katakuri's attacks barely grazed him, Zoro couldn't do that, he would be taking the hits head on and once Katakuri notices his durability and pulls out the Doughnuts it would be over quick. I think the only way Zoro would win that fight is the same way that Luffy did, by making Katakuri respect him so much that he just gives up. Also, I find it funny that the first person Zoro loses to is Buggy🤣🤣
In your katakuri section, you used the kuma thriller bark zoro scene to show his endurance, but I think that's more a show of durability from damage, not from the length of a fight. From what I remember, there hasn't been a time where Zoro has displayed a feat of high stamina, certainly nothing comparable to Luffy. He could not, and would not, have lasted nearly as long as Luffy did in that fight, and likely would have lost way before future sight ran out.
1. Unless he goes for the joints he's not beating Krieg since his armor was made of steel. 2. Lucci is not close 3. He's not beating Doffy Cracker or Kat
Enel did not lack skill 11:03 . Enel had a solid mastery of his mantra, and had an insane mastery over his df. He was able to mimick an even stronger form of mantra. Was able to control a large area with his devil fruit, and melted gold to create spears and used his df to control a giant flying ship. If enel had armament and conq. He would be like, top 10
luffy only almost lost to lucci because the whole enies lobby arc is just a matter of hours.. zoro's in full health and stamina when fighting kaku while luffy defeated 2000 fodder navy(dont forget about them just because theyre fodder, the franky family plans to face those fodder to save the strawhats strength as much as possible and they really did it except luffy) plus luffy uses gear 2nd on blueno(which greatly exhaust him already base on what he said), almost died from drowning 2x, uses 2nd gear 2 times and gear 3rd,not to mention the mental stress of saving his crew(lucci always talks about saving robin or saving the crew who's fighting, he never catch a break until he sees them waving at him outside).. all of that accumulates and the reason why he cant stand up at the end.. all im saying is luffy could've defeated lucci easily in full strength while zoro, i dont know actually.. zoro have a hard time defeating kaku even though kaku definitely didnt know how to use his df(yes kaku is strong but most of his attacks are just brand new except the 6 powers) in thriller bark, i think zoro can handle 100 shadows.. he accepts luffy's pain after all and not even pass out.. luffy however only passes out because of exhaustion not only because of 100 shadows but also overusing his gears again.. you didnt put luffy vs don chinjao.. hmm well chinjao may be able to destroy part of pica's body but i dont think he can destroy as big as zoro's attack on pica so yeah zoro also wins that doflamingo.. zoro leave a mark on kaido because of enma, zoro doesnt have the enma yet in dressrosa.. yes zoro might win over doflamingo but i dont think its an easy win wci, i agree that zoro may be able to defeat cracker, but i dont think he can defeat katakuri.. katakuri's advance observation haki is op.. i still think katakuri loss because he accepts luffy as his rival.. or atleast not until the tmelimit on wci (if the fight goes on there's possibility that he might win) other than these ones, i agree on most of the things stated in the vid
The thing is, the difference between Kaku and Lucci in base is already double Then Lucci also has a better devil fruit and mastery over it AND also he is a vetter rokushiki master than everyone else with considerable distance Its very much implied that if Luffy cant do it noone would
Zoro was't 100% when he 1v1'd kaku, before their fights he was fighting both jabura and Kaku together and with usopp, i mean sogeking in his arm, after that zoro could get into a 1v1 against Kaku.
Brada i dont think doflamingo can tank a billion-fold world from Zoro i mean u saw what it did to Pica. Oda was 100% holding Zoro back from doflamingo .
@@Stoick18 That was a haki-less piece of stone Later on we see the ssme attack against haki coated Pika and it defeated him but it wasnt so crazy Doffy has way superior haki And its very unlikely for Zoro to even land a hit since Doffy can fly and has better observation Hes not getting defeated by that
Luffy landed way too many hits to defeat lucci, slowly weakning both side durabilities. While the former is twice as powerful as kaku, zoro almost defeats him with one attack (asura). And yes, zoro did land more hits than asura, but none of these did a lot of damage to kaku.
I mean I do respectfully agree, up until Doflamingo. The only reason he was able to damage Kaido like that wasn't just Asura. He was also using Enma. Enma was the blade that forced all his haki into it and Enma was the only blade that left a mark on Kaido during the rooftop, notice the one slash mark as opposed to 3. Also Zoro barely developed Conq DURING the King fight BECAUSE or Enma. Not to say Enma is the only reason Zoro stomps Wano. It's just that Enma was the trigger for him, Enma forced him develope better armament and even a bit of passive Conq. So on a physical level, yes a Dressrosa and Wano Zoro are similar. But on a battle knowledge and Haki ability side, Wano was the big trigger. A pre-Wano Zoro could not beat Doffy, Cracker, or Katakuri.
Doflamingo isn't anywhere near kaidos level though. Led alone kings. Zoro wouldnt have the problem of not being able to cut doffy. Literally all Zoro got from wano was a damage buff, something he doesn't need to beat doffy OR kat since he can already easily damage the both of them. It may help in the cracker fight but even then it still wouldn't be nessecary to beat cracker, especially if nami was helping him like she was helping Luffy.
I definitely agree with you about the flawed power scaling without taking enma into account impacting the outcome of a Doffy/Katakuri fight (he would realistically have no chance against them lol), but I don't think that Zoro would need enma nor better developed conquerors in order to beat cracker. Without Enma, Zoro could likely still easily cut through Cracker's soldiers at that point, and could utilize dragon twister whilst attacking Cracker's real body.
I feel like enel is a highly skilled fighter he was able to quickly adapt and beat a guy more than once made out of his natural weakness that he’s never even heard of. If bro came to the new world he’d be a yanko (great video tho)
I agree with all of them! Except maybe katakuri, I think his futursight advantage would put him ahead, luffy only managed to even the odds after unlocking his own futuresight
I imagine that, if put in that same situation, Zoro could’ve unlocked future-sight the same as Luffy. It may not have been a guarantee, but I’d say it’s at least possible. Heck, he might have even unlocked Conqueror’s Haki earlier-on if he had to fight Katakuri. And unlike Luffy, I think Zoro’s Battle-IQ is slightly higher, while still being equally tough and stubborn. Besides future-sight, Katakuri’s biggest advantage over Luffy seemed to be efficiency and Battle-IQ, and in both those departments, I think Zoro would’ve fared slightly better. What I think REALLY puts Zoro at a disadvantage is Katakuri’s versatile Devil-fruit abilities, and the fact he already had all three types of Haki and extra-advancement in at least one. Overall, I think a matchup between Zoro and Katakuri would be 50/50, depends on whether Zoro can adapt and upgrade his Haki the same way Luffy did.
@@HaydenStephens515 theres no way. zoro has 0 answer to katakruis mochi. luffy ltierally had to eat his way out of the mochi to live. zoro has now ay to ebat the mochi attacks as they would just coat zoros sword and surround him.
@@HaydenStephens515 I stop reading when you said zoros battle iq was higher than luffy and katakuri who was a better luffy at the time this is the most dumbest thing I’ve heard all day in no way has it shown zoro has better battle iq than luffy who literally gets stronger in every fight and learns something new during fights, not only that his fruit shows how broad his battle iq goes the way he masters it in his own way.
Also in the final fight we have to remember that zoro doesn't have the same training and knowledge as luffy, zoro doesn't even know that he has advanced conqueror haki, much less that he has advanced it with enma. And that he also doesn't have advanced armor haki, that almost the only way to fight 1 vs 1 with kaido is to have both advanced hakis. For example there is yamato who doesn't have advanced armor haki but advanced conqueror haki, and kaido doesn't think of her like he does with luffy when he compared her power with oden, roger, shirohige, shanks. Basically zoro vs kaido fight would be a yamato vs kaido. And another thing is that zoro doesn't control his advanced conqueror haki, it's only thanks to enma that he can use it, but we saw that there comes a point where enma starts to have control of his haki, which luffy doesn't and that's why he could have a long fight against kaido before gear 4, it's like zoro has his own gear 4 which gives him a plus of power but also puts a countdown.
Video was good until you said Zoro can beat Doflamingo Cracker and Katakuri, i don't know if you noticed but you used Zoro with enma that boost his AP vs Doflamingo not the same Zoro in Dressrosa, same goes vs Cracker Zoro's AP wouldn't be enough to take down all of Cracker's army without enma, last is Katakuri which i was shocked listening to your reasons, Zoro doesn't have the speed or the observation haki to keep up with Kat he would lose in the first 30 minuets like Luffy lost like 2 times and ran away. And saying Katakuri's durability or endurance is bad when he made a hole in his stomach is wild, we don't even know if Zoro can survive that, but yeah Zoro fans love to downplay Katakuri.
Ryuma's sword is far more powerful than Oden's in my opinion. If Zoro knew how powerful Shusui was and used it's full capabilities+Ashura , against Doflamingo and Cracker , he would win. I'm not sure about Katakuri though
@@megatudor2900ryuma is being called the god of samurai is because his formidable swordsmanship, not because his sword. Sure it is a strong sword, but ryuma's sword is made like a couple century ago, it is old and doesn't have special traits like Enma. Enma is a better sword, its just Oden is not as strong as prime ryuma.
Exactly my thoughts, and the reasons he gave were so damn weak. Zoro in that level there was no way in hell he would beat Doffy, Cracker and Katakuri would absolutely destroy him. Katakuri was even able to see Snake man’s attacks before they come and Zoro is no where near snake man’s speed. Plus I don’t know why some people think Zoro is as durable as Luffy. How Zoro will never out last Katakuri.
I have a few points on this: 1. I do think that there are some fights in which zoro could win simply due to him having actual weapons.(On this I hop the during egghead or afterward in Elbaf, Luffy gets a proper weapon. Every Yonko so far has had one except him. It would open up his attack and defense capabilities so much.)) 2. I agree that Zoro had high endurance, but he capabilities are dwarfed by Luffy's. Surviving Megellan poisioning, hormone injections, extreme exhaustion, multiple blows to the head or other vital points, and more. Since Zoro is a swordsman, he aims to not get hit in the first place. Same with Sanji due to his fighting style. However from many of Luffy's fights, there is damage that you can't just parry or dodge. It's in these fights where luffy's durability and will shine above others. 3. I don't think at any point besides one that Zoro was stronger than Luffy. I take this from Zoro's statement himself. He noted that he can't be under a captian weaker than himself. Otherwise, he'll take the captian role. He's very serious about this and it's echoed both pre and post timeskip. 4. I don't see the Kaido matchup being even close. Zoro can't truly use Conquer's like Luffy can. It was key to Luffy winning that fight in order to bypass Kaido's durability. Zoro did cut Kaido, but that was Kaido in his biggest form goating him on. The cut was still not as deep ans Oden and that's depsite the damage the other samurai did. Remember, Mihawk stated that the goal to be pirate king is far greater and difficult than becoming the worlds strongest swordsman. In the most recent chapters, Mihawk doesn't want to got up against Yonko at all. Is Zoro stronger than Mihawk at this point. I'd say that there is no way. 5. I don't think Zoro had the level of Asura attack he did at in Wano. If he truly did, he should've been able to just ignore Doffy, and cut the cage's wires instead. But it showed that they were too durable and he couldn't do it. It seems like every other character has developed and gotten stronger in their knowledge, skills, and proficiency post time skip. It makes no sense to just assume that Zoro would be the exception to that rule besides using a new sword.
First thing I disagree with is during the King fight Zoro pretty much mastered Conquers, how can you say he has not mastered it like Luffy. Luffy might be a bit better at it, but they are still relatively similar Second thing I disagree with is saying Mihawk not wanting to fight yonkous makes him weaker and just because becoming the Pirate King is harder it makes Mihawk weaker? We have no indication of Mihawks strength other than the fact that he use to go toe to toe with Shanks, so saying Mihawk is weaker than Kaido for those reasons u stated are really bad assumptions. Just because Mihawk is not as motivated as others does not make him weaker.
@@NH-st2uh Response to your first point: Please explain how he mastered it, when he showed no reliable instances of using it before he used enma? Based on what we know people will usually mention if a person is using Kings haki. Even more specifically, Kaido mentions that only a extremely small number of people that have Conquers haki even end up people able to effectively use it in combat by imbuing it in attacks like Luffy, Whitebeard, Rogers, Shanks, and Oden have. King makes no reference to that at all, so we have zero confirmation that not the power of enma(a black blade with a will and power of it's own) Response to Second point: I will agree that Mihawk not wanting to fight a yonko doesn't confirm that he's weaker. However it is something we can strongly infer. Pre timeskip and post time skip, he actively avoids getting into conflicts involving Yonko. The only reason he was at marineford was to retain he status, and even then he took every opportunity not to face Whitebeard specifically. I admit that there may be more to this related to his history, but I've always wondered if he's even actually the worlds strongest swordsman. At this we are at an impasse. Response to third point: He knows the same way many other characters know. It's been shown many times that warriors or skilled fighters in One Piece are able to estimate the capabilities of people around them. From world government agents, to the some navy members, or many pirates. Why wouldn't he be able to gauge his strength? Especially since he makes the statement of Luffy needed to be the strongest to be their captain multiple times pre and post timeskip.
@@dragonhero14 I see what your saying for the first point, but maybe without Enma you can say Luffy is a lot more advanced, but the fact of the matter is that he has Enma, and just like Luffy has a DF Zoro has Enma, so that must be considered. Saying King did not say anything so it can't be fully mastered is a very weak argument with very little basis to it. For all we know Zoro is able to use a conquerors haki attack at will and thats all that matters. To your second point, again Mihawk avoiding conflict does not mean he is weak, it just means he has no real reason to fight. You say strongly infer, but there is literally no evidence to infer on. There is more evidence to infer that Mihawk is Yonkou level, one: he was considered to be an equal to Shanks in the past, two: His bounty is almost that of Shanks and this is without a crew. (It has been stated if you have a strong crew your bounty will also be higher). I am not saying this is confirmed Mihawk stronger than Yonkous, but there is a lot more evidence for this compared to what you are saying. I am sorry your point about Mihawk is mostly head canon with 0 factual evidence to back it up. Avoiding conflict does not mean weaker. To you third point. The only time people are able to gauge someone elses strength is when they are in battle or if there is a significant gap in strength. There is absolutely 0 evidence to show that Zoro can tell how strong Luffy is just by looking at him. Zoro said that statement because if he ever felt that he is significantly stronger than Luffy then he would leave. This is just another head canon point you are making that Zoro can automatically gauge how strong Luffy is, when there is 0 evidence to back this up.
@@dragonhero14 Not going to lie alot of your counter points to NH-st2uh are just vauge made up points that really hold no weight. You are making very deep assumptions with points that have very little evidence, so it does not make sense
Everything was fine until doffy and Katakuri you was just straight up delusional with it luffy did good against Katakuri but if Kat was trying to kill him he wouldn't win, when Katakuri was trying to kill Luffy he did not watch him power up and he did not give him to much time to try and learn about his abilities he straight up went for the kill and he would do the same to Zoro.

Personally I think that Zoro's asura and dragon twister aren't good examples to use as a win condition for the fights. This is because I believe that he heavily improved upon asura leading up to the kiado fight, this makes me think that it is unfair to use a Wano level asura as a method of defeating Doflamingo. This can also be said about dragon twister, which to my knowledge was only used in Wano, so it is unsafe to even assume that he could use this move pre-Wano. What I'm trying to say is that just because Zoro hadn't used attacks doesn't mean he could have, and even if he could they definingly wouldn't be as strong as they where when he did eventually use them (such as the Asura he used on Kaido)

Thank you lol. They video started with Logic till bro said Zoro beats Doffy. With what? The t wing with such videos is that defence isn’t flushed out. Zoro’s defence couldn’t handle doffy.
Good video, I agree with some points. However, some personal disagreements: - Zoro would have been very limited against Krieg, because of his almost complete gold armor that Zoro can't slice, and at this moment zoro is not at all fast enough to outspeed Krieg and cut his head. - Zoro couldn't beat Arlong in my opinion, even without injuries, Arlong says that even at his peak he couldn't slice his nose. He was impressed with his resistance to injury that's a fact, but saying Zoro would have been a problem doesn't mean he beats him. Moreover he beat sanji in form and almost finished zoro in 2vs1 without touching them (water splash)... - We agree that Lucci would have beaten Zoro, but not in such a tight fight as you say in my opinion. Lucci not only has a dourouki almost 2 times higher, but also a carnivorous zoan devil fruit which is far more fearsome than that of kaku (giraffe). Considering what Zoro suffered against kaku, it's dead against Lucci. Besides, he himself says on the bridge that if Luffy hadn't held him back all this time, several of the mugiwaras would have passed there (indirectly he admits that he couldn't have held Lucci himself). So Lucci defeats Zoro with some difficulty but no more. - Doffy defeats Zoro because he resists the Bound man and Law who are stronger than Zoro, his haki is inferior to Doffy on all three forms, not to mention his awakening which is hard to avoid when you're not flying... Remember that Zoro needed Orlombus to reach Pica. - For Cracker it's quite complicated, but we can say that Luffy had more trouble against him than against Doffy, because he needed Nami to soften the cookies with the rain and eat them for the Tank Man (the bound man proved to be insufficient). Gold zoro at this time is lower than gear 4 as I said just before. I would add that Zoro hasn't progressed much between his post-skip return and Wano because, as you said, he never needed to surpass himself. So Zoro < Luffy Bound Man < Cracker (the level differences are still tight in my opinion). - For Katakuri I'm not even talking about it Zoro had absolutely no chance, even Luffy was inferior to him he had the help of Brulee to escape then Katakuri pierced his stomach and lost his observation haki only because Luffy caught him eating. - Finally, Kaido destroys Zoro in Wano. The Ashura form isn't something trivial and flexible like the Devil Leg or Gear 2, it's a power that transcends Zoro's limits. Besides he only uses it when he reaches his limit or strong emotional shock (kaku, oars, PX-4 and Kaido are his only uses) and he never maintains it for long, in my opinion it drains energy from crazy. That's why he couldn't use it at will against Lucci or Cracker, it's only a final resistance against them like for Kaido (besides Zoro says he's going to try everything for everything with Ashura and falls from fatigue after using it). The rest is ok.

Krieg is not that hard. It's not like he was a full steel ball, he has a face. And zoro could just dodge under the gas like how everyone without a mask did, it's a one off attack.
Krieg isn’t a fool nor is he weak, his defense is really difficult for that level of Zoro to get through. So a Zoro with no range attacks has to get through armor he can’t cut. People got under the smoke by being ground/water lvl, is Zoro going to be laying on the ground? Is he gonna jump in the ocean? Krieg can control the environment better than Zoro can and has the tools to attack him at range, it’s a bad matchup for Zoro at that point.

One thing people always seem to forget is that Zoro can get haki blooms mid fights just like Luffy does. It's not a stretch to say that he would learn future sight vs Kat.
4 fights I want to adress: Moria, Boa Sisters, Cracker and Katakuri Moria: Some people are arguing that Zoro would have been able to withstand 100 shadows because he was able to withstand all of Luffy's pain, aka "Nothing happened.". However I don't think that's the case because willpower and physical thoughness are not the same. Luffy had already awakened his conquerors haki (which I believe to be the manifestation of an extremely strong will) before the timeskip, however Zoro only recently got it. Therefore I think Zoro would not have been able to take on 100 shadows and beat Moria at that time. -> Moria still wins. Boa sisters: There were a lot of instances where Luffy would have lost if he didn't have the abilities his devil fruit grants him. The two examples I can think of at the top of my head: 1. He got punched off the platform and almost died by landing in the spikes. The only reason he survived this is because he was able to stretch his arms and grab onto something to stop himself from falling. 2. One of the sisters spit poison at him at some point in the fight. That poison then produced some gas that spread across the whole arena. Luffy quickly got rid of it by turning himself into a balloon and blowing it away with the air that was stored inside of him. Zoro would not have been able to do the same, therefore he has a huge disadvantage. Then there's also the fact that even Luffy got caught by one of the sisters while he was still getting used to their fighting style (observation haki). They wouldn't have let him go if it wasn't for his display of conqueror's. I highly doubt that Zoro would have awakened his conqueros's haki back then if he somehow ended up in a similiar situation. -> Boa sisters win. Cracker: I don't think there's any way Luffy or Zoro win this without namis help to be honest. Luffy had to go into gear 4 to beat a single one of Cracker's soldiers back when Nami didn't make them wet (soft) yet. I just don't believe a dragon twister, which to me feels like an attack for fodder since the area of effect is so big, is enough to take out Cracker's soldiers while they are dry. He'd need to cut every single soldier down seperatly (with a named attack that is). Cracker would likely wear him down and overwhelm him with the sheer amount of soldiers eventually. -> Cracker wins. Katakuri: Now this to me is a hard one. I feel like Zoro is a better match for Katakuri than Luffy was because Katakuri can't just look into the future and copy every single one of Zoro's techniques to counter them (just because that's not his fighting style.). HOWEVER Zoro trained with Mihawk and not with Rayleigh. While Rayleigh taught Luffy all the basic types of haki and even demonstrated advanced armament and observation haki, we do not know whether Mihawk did the same. A huge part of Luffy's fight against Katakuri was Luffy thinking back to the two years he trained with Rayleigh and learning advanced observation haki mid fight. Zoro might not have been able to do the same depending on how much he trained (or didn't train) his observation haki during those two years. Now some people might argue that Zoro doesn't need advanced observation haki to win this fight but I don't think that's the case. This fight could go either way to be honest but it seems like Zoro focused on these things during his training: fighting against the baboons, Armament haki and how to coat his swords with it, strength, sword techniques. Therefore my bet is on Katakuri. Definetly a really close one though. -> Katakuri wins.
The Boa sisters fight doesn't have to go exactly how it went with Luffy. Just because Luffy fell off the platform / got grabbed doesn't mean that the same things would happen with Zoro. I think most of his ranged attacks would've done the job to clear away the poison gasses. I don't think the Katakuri fight would be particularly close either. Katakuri doesn't need to mirror Zoro's attacks, he just needs to dodge them, which is pretty easy with his observation haki. It took a long time to wear Katakuri down, and even then Luffy had to go to Snakeman. Zoro wasn't fast enough to outpace Katakuri's observation haki like Snakeman, much less after all the damage he would take while wearing out Katakuri.
Zoro didn't have access to advanced conquerors haki until Wano, and saying otherwise is headcannon. Doffy outranges and outspeeds him and kills him with awakened strings. Zoro can't cut or blow away the cracker soldiers, as even gear 4 punches couldn't actually move the soldiers. Then Zoro literally can't touch Katakuri because of future sight. Zoro gets completely covered in mochi, and is brutally killed via suffocation. He has high endurance, but Katakuri can just overwhelm and murder Zoro.
luffy's undiscovered conqueror's haki and willpower was what made him withstand the shadows, Zoro also has Conqueror's haki following the most recent manga chapters. I think zoro would be able to hold the shadows long enough to beat oars and moria but after that he would not be able to fight
The only one I highly disagree with is Doflamingo. Yes we hadn't seen Zoro pushed to the limit yet, but Doflamingo was pushing Luffy to his limit. If Zoro was able to cut Doflamingo with that attack, he could at least have done something about the Bird cage. At the same, it was clear that the threads were too much for Zoro to cut. Zoro's feat when slashing Kaido happened after wano training which happened after the cake arc.
Enel arguably has future sight, so he’s insanely good at observation haki no question. Anyone downplaying him for his lack of armament haki is forgetting how powerful devil fruit attacks like Law’s or Kizaru’s can be. Enel’s raijin avatar attack would probably hurt top tiers in the series.
Your forgetting that zoro had a major powerup between dressrosa and onigashima in Enma. Enma gave him the ability to use ryou which is why he was able to scar Kaido. Dressrosa zoro loses to doffy

What says Zoro can only use Ashura once? Your comment is perfect proof that most One Piece fans lack common sense yet will still make asinine claims with so much confidence. Since you clowns constantly need to be spoon fed: 1) Zoro only used Ashura once again Kaku because Kaku was KO'd instantly afterwards. 2) Zoro only use Ashura once again Kaido because he was already on his last leg after shielding everyone from a combined Yonko attack.

All of his attacks were very creative and something that zoro wouldn’t have been used to not to mention his ranged attacks are top tier and vastly superior. And I’m not even going to mention how his defence is still off the charts, he literally impaled himself with his spear and kept going.

He only impaled himself after giving luffy a WORSE wound.

Spot on. That’s the only disagreements I had.
Zoro was so strong after time skip that Oda had to make luffy play catchup in Cake island.
He would be like, top 10
luffy only almost lost to lucci because the whole enies lobby arc is just a matter of hours.. zoro's in full health and stamina when fighting kaku while luffy defeated 2000 fodder navy(dont forget about them just because theyre fodder, the franky family plans to face those fodder to save the strawhats strength as much as possible and they really did it except luffy) plus luffy uses gear 2nd on blueno(which greatly exhaust him already base on what he said), almost died from drowning 2x, uses 2nd gear 2 times and gear 3rd,not to mention the mental stress of saving his crew(lucci always talks about saving robin or saving the crew who's fighting, he never catch a break until he sees them waving at him outside).. all of that accumulates and the reason why he cant stand up at the end.. all im saying is luffy could've defeated lucci easily in full strength while zoro, i dont know actually.. zoro have a hard time defeating kaku even though kaku definitely didnt know how to use his df(yes kaku is strong but most of his attacks are just brand new except the 6 powers)
in thriller bark, i think zoro can handle 100 shadows.. he accepts luffy's pain after all and not even pass out.. luffy however only passes out because of exhaustion not only because of 100 shadows but also overusing his gears again..
you didnt put luffy vs don chinjao.. hmm well chinjao may be able to destroy part of pica's body but i dont think he can destroy as big as zoro's attack on pica so yeah zoro also wins that
doflamingo.. zoro leave a mark on kaido because of enma, zoro doesnt have the enma yet in dressrosa.. yes zoro might win over doflamingo but i dont think its an easy win
wci, i agree that zoro may be able to defeat cracker, but i dont think he can defeat katakuri.. katakuri's advance observation haki is op.. i still think katakuri loss because he accepts luffy as his rival.. or atleast not until the tmelimit on wci (if the fight goes on there's possibility that he might win)
other than these ones, i agree on most of the things stated in the vid
The thing is, the difference between Kaku and Lucci in base is already double
Then Lucci also has a better devil fruit and mastery over it
AND also he is a vetter rokushiki master than everyone else with considerable distance
Its very much implied that if Luffy cant do it noone would
Zoro was't 100% when he 1v1'd kaku, before their fights he was fighting both jabura and Kaku together and with usopp, i mean sogeking in his arm, after that zoro could get into a 1v1 against Kaku.

Later on we see the ssme attack against haki coated Pika and it defeated him but it wasnt so crazy
Doffy has way superior haki
And its very unlikely for Zoro to even land a hit since Doffy can fly and has better observation
Hes not getting defeated by that
Luffy landed way too many hits to defeat lucci, slowly weakning both side durabilities. While the former is twice as powerful as kaku, zoro almost defeats him with one attack (asura). And yes, zoro did land more hits than asura, but none of these did a lot of damage to kaku.
Bro really said "when future sight runs out". Future sight does not run out, it only depends if the user is calm enough to use it.
My thoughts exacly
Doflamingo isn't anywhere near kaidos level though. Led alone kings. Zoro wouldnt have the problem of not being able to cut doffy. Literally all Zoro got from wano was a damage buff, something he doesn't need to beat doffy OR kat since he can already easily damage the both of them. It may help in the cracker fight but even then it still wouldn't be nessecary to beat cracker, especially if nami was helping him like she was helping Luffy.
this guy is a zoro fanboy
I definitely agree with you about the flawed power scaling without taking enma into account impacting the outcome of a Doffy/Katakuri fight (he would realistically have no chance against them lol), but I don't think that Zoro would need enma nor better developed conquerors in order to beat cracker. Without Enma, Zoro could likely still easily cut through Cracker's soldiers at that point, and could utilize dragon twister whilst attacking Cracker's real body.
Totally agreed
Zoro got lost again, this time into Luffy’s fights.
Then you’re just as delusional as this blatant meat rider
@@HaydenStephens515 theres no way. zoro has 0 answer to katakruis mochi. luffy ltierally had to eat his way out of the mochi to live. zoro has now ay to ebat the mochi attacks as they would just coat zoros sword and surround him.

bros meat riding zoro so hard

Zoro does beat Doflamingo
I have a few points on this:
1. I do think that there are some fights in which zoro could win simply due to him having actual weapons.(On this I hop the during egghead or afterward in Elbaf, Luffy gets a proper weapon. Every Yonko so far has had one except him. It would open up his attack and defense capabilities so much.))
Luffy might be a bit better at it, but they are still relatively similar
Second thing I disagree with is saying Mihawk not wanting to fight yonkous makes him weaker and just because becoming the Pirate King is harder it makes Mihawk weaker? We have no indication of Mihawks strength other than the fact that he use to go toe to toe with Shanks, so saying Mihawk is weaker than Kaido for those reasons u stated are really bad assumptions. Just because Mihawk is not as motivated as others does not make him weaker.
Also how would Zoro ever know if he is stronger than Luffy? You think Zoro can just sense Luffy is stronger? So that also is a bad reason
King makes no reference to that at all, so we have zero confirmation that not the power of enma(a black blade with a will and power of it's own)
Response to Second point: I will agree that Mihawk not wanting to fight a yonko doesn't confirm that he's weaker.

Same thing I was thinking
@@DuhstinEchos acc I thought it was only lt in enies lobby. Either way if he did use it in every arc then we would be able to see a clear progression and advancement in his techniques leading up to each arc, further catering towards my main point,

Good video, I agree with some points. However, some personal disagreements:
- Zoro would have been very limited against Krieg, because of his almost complete gold armor that Zoro can't slice, and at this moment zoro is not at all fast enough to outspeed Krieg and cut his head.
Well you’re whole katakuri thing is invalid but ok. Zoro beats ts out of him

Very good Video !!
4 fights I want to adress: Moria, Boa Sisters, Cracker and Katakuri
Moria:
Some people are arguing that Zoro would have been able to withstand 100 shadows because he was able to withstand all of Luffy's pain, aka "Nothing happened.".
-> Moria still wins.
Boa sisters:
There were a lot of instances where Luffy would have lost if he didn't have the abilities his devil fruit grants him.
The two examples I can think of at the top of my head:
-> Boa sisters win.
Cracker:
I don't think there's any way Luffy or Zoro win this without namis help to be honest.
-> Cracker wins.
Katakuri:
Now this to me is a hard one.
-> Katakuri wins.
Bro u do realize katakuri is stronger than cracker right?? Lmfao Zoro couldn't touch katakuri when snakemnan was barely able to
The Boa sisters fight doesn't have to go exactly how it went with Luffy.
How tf is Kata vs Zoro a hard one… 😭 Zoro is jus nowhere near Luffy man
@@jacobpintos6398you’re supposed to swap Luffy and zoro with the same scenario’s
@@tastedivinefury2198you’re letting common sense get in the way of what is meat riding to the highest extent
Luffy devil fruit played a roll also, zoro would have died
The only one I highly disagree with is Doflamingo. Yes we hadn't seen Zoro pushed to the limit yet, but Doflamingo was pushing Luffy to his limit. If Zoro was able to cut Doflamingo with that attack, he could at least have done something about the Bird cage. At the same, it was clear that the threads were too much for Zoro to cut. Zoro's feat when slashing Kaido happened after wano training which happened after the cake arc.
Even as a zoro fanboy. Katakuri would have wiped the floor with him at that point.

Zoro wano durability with conqueror's coating >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> wci luffy durability. When katakuri slips up he's dead. Because from my knowledge katakuri absolutely cannot tank a koh conqueror's coating slash that can damage kaido.
@@conradthekingofcurses U r talking as if zoro have kaido level endurance. What gave u that impression? Bcoz of how he took damage in thriller bark?
1. Luffy in his physical strength has exponential increase compared to zoro since then. and it's bcoz he has devil fruit. Zoro as normal person has limit to physical endurance.
2. He took all damage luffy had but couldn't move after. While luffy even with all that damage was fighting till he run out of stamina, not bcoz of damage. Also no, zoro even after wano will not be able to coat himself in conquer haki like kaido bcoz even luffy doesn't cover his whole body. And luffy is way too mastered in that. Zoro may be able to coat it in swords very frequently but it means nothing if he is slow.
So yeah, u can't expect Zoro to coat his whole body with conquer haki like kaido when even luffy doesn't do it.
@@ConfusedBear. Even if he can't he would still tank katakuri's attacks for hours. If u put wci luffy to tank conquest of the sea for even a few seconds like zoro he would be dead for sure. Wci luffy was tanking hundreds of punches from katakuri. Now we can assume that wci luffy would tank wayyyyy more than base. So wci g4 luffy durability >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> base wci luffy durability. Now that same g4 luffy got one shotted by one thunder bagua. Now we can compare that thunder bagua to conquest of the sea. Conquest of the sea is one of the strongest attacks in the series so conquest of the seas>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> thunder bagua. If wci luffy even took that for a fraction of a second he would be gone. Zoro took that attack for 3 seconds max before he got teleported away. So yes zoro would most likely win due to him having incredible durability and endurance which would make katakuri get angry as an result which his future sight haki would go off.
20:12 Why u comparing wano powerups to dressrosa? lol
He was even considering zoro has enma
Doflamingo vs Zoro
Zoro - “there ain’t no strings on me.”
Man said fight against Kaido is closer than you think 😂😂😂
