Greetings from the UK. Before the pandemic started a couple of years ago I had never seen anything on UA-cam. Now I must have watched, quite literally, hundreds of videos. This one (along with the associated television news clip) is one of my absolutely all-time favourites. The love between you and your family is a shining light in these grim times and shows the very best of humanity. The shots of your flight and the music you have chosen is perfect. Brilliant. We're damn lucky.

The girl singing background is great. I finally understood every word! I had a hard time the British girls sing it as a salute to the military several years ago. Very lovely voice!

I'm so glad that you got to come home for her graduation and visit your family as well. I appreciate you more than words can explain. I got to surprise my baby cousin at a gymnastics meet that she participated in. 6 months at BUD/S, 1000 pushups a day, 1000 situps a day, hundreds of pullups a day, several miles of running a day, hellweek is 5 days and 5 nights without sleep, hours of laying in 50 degree water and 5 mile ocean swims, chafing from the wet sand rubbing on the skin was so bad that skin turns into Hamburg and I never once cried from the pain, but when I saw her face I couldn't hold the tears back. never going to forget that moment
Hell yeah brother. I was supposed to go to BUD/S as I went TAD w team guys over there and EOD but i ended up getting out 2018. Thanks for the love on here. Preciate it
I glad you where to celebrate your sisters graduation. I know how hard it is to have a family member in the armed forces and they had to miss my high school graduation do to a deployment

If you know the school, I went from the shack through a fence. She was in line for the stage behind the tent, in which I was on the other side, and when it was 3 people away from her name I ran up and around. Her friends along the fence were like, OH MY is that Cody. And after two years, I'm finally coming home soon.
Cody I don't where your from but when Mom graduated from Purdue in December of 1990 they had me come in from the front side of Elliott Hall of Music and kept it bright enough to wear I could see where I was going so she couldn't see me then up on the stage to give her her degree! From one Veteran to another thanks for all that you do for us and how is Megan doing these days?

Cody, when we were at Timberlane together we didnt always get along I was at graduation for my friend and I was talking to a girl who was with another member of our class, and she said that she was there for Megan. we talked and were saying how awesome it would be if you could be there. when you ran up I started crying. i didnt know the navy had green camo uniforms, i thought they only had their Navy Work Uniform(NWU) and their dress uniforms. how do you get a green uniform in the navy? just asking because i want to go into the NAVY
+Fruit Loops +Superman 223 if you get stationed in the Middle East, they issue you TYPE IIIs. Or if you're a Seabee they usually issue them. The SEALs used to be the only ones who wore TYPE III's.
You should all watch "Grandmother's Graduation Surprise" by Rhonda Thompson. Look for the thumbnail of the bald woman in the hospital bed. That one was very clever.

I was in Bahrain. Type 3s are used there as a primary.
MA's and Seabees can wear Type 3's
not necessarily, ma's here in Pensacola, don't wear those, it depends on the skipper, now if your over seas then yes you will most likely wear type 3s
