- In this video, I explain how I applied to a Masters Programme at Jönköping University, Sweden as an international student from Nigeria in May 2020.

How long did it take for you to process the visa and was it in Lagos you applied or you went to Abuja?

Thanks brother. Unfortunately for me, I got admissions last year from Lund but I couldn't afford the fees since SI scholarship didn't consider me.

If you speak about the school interview, it is not done so much. Mine was just like that because I didn't apply through the normal route.
My video on "7 things to do..." has a point on housing queues. Housing without the queues is actually so popular than the queues. The queue is just for if you would like to have your name on the original contract or on the secoond-hand one and it doesn't really affects who stays in the house.

Your living cos money which is the proof of fund isn't taken from you, it is in your own personal account.

My wife got admitted into Linkoping University and we've been trying to get accommodation in Linkoping but it's looking difficult navigating our way through the accommodation sites because it's majorly in Swedish language. Kindly do a video on family accommodation in Sweden soon.

It depends, it goes from Oct to sometimes in August from school to getting your permit

They are similar without the degree certificate of course but do check universityadmissions.se for that.

@@nmg1909 I can’t say its easy or hard because it is different depending on your course, the type of job you are looking for but you can take up jobs within Europe so it’s not limiting that you are in Sweden, you can search in the EU

Application for scholarships are done already but you can still apply to the schools if you can sponsor yourself

Congrats. The school offers guaranteed accommodation for international students and for placements after they are Job fair organised by the university to connect companies to students but of course the bulk of the work to get a job still rests on your shoulders

Sessions for full programs start in August. Don't think you can start in April except if its one of the short courses you are coming for

How to get extension letter from Jönköping university I've applied for Autumn semester 2021 for master degree and got my interview appointment so for this I need to get extension letter because classes will be start from 1st sept 2021. They are a number of scholarships in Sweden actually, the SI Scholarship is the general one for Masters Professionals while different schools have different waivers

This video has been very informative. But one thing i am particularly confused by is that school requested for a Motivation letter during your application and whilst applying to Lulea University, they requested for a Leadership letter. Can you give me tips on that?
A leadership letter should refer to how you have shown leadership qualities in roles you have heard before.

It’s better if it comes from the school but in my case I had a physical signed copy by my school registrar then I got it notarized by a law firm. Scanned that and it was enough for me.
