I hold an Erasmus triple master's degree from the Lulea University of Technology, Sweden, Université de Lorraine, France, and Lappeenranta university of technology, Finland, and currently pursuing my Ph.D. studies at the Chalmers University of Technology Sweden. Children don't pay fees if parents are teachers.

Yes there are English schools but they are not free of charge.
