My headcannon’s always been that Ryley became a sort of legend when he got home which explains the jukebox as well as all the posters and beds of Subnatica 1 scenarios, including a bed of life pod 5
Hearing the intro to "Die Peacefully" you get a glimpse of an early build of the game. At one point, the alien intelligence was made to hostile toward the player.

Just started Below Zero after beating Subnautica. When I got the Jukebox unlocked the first song I found was Deep Blue from Miracle of Sound. I had never heard it before but I instantly fell in love with it.
I get so much nostalgia and a bit of sadness listening to both music tracks because I’ve completed both games 10 times minimum on survival and it makes me feel old idk if it happens to anyone else

it's amazing how good these songs are. I have a catchy tune all day long and it allows me to concentrate surprisingly well during training, just great.
First thing I did upon finding "Die Peacefully" was to construct and install the living quarters extension to my Seatruck to be able to blast that shit wherever I went. Funniest part is when you'd put the jukebox volume in the Seatruck to the maximum, you could actually hear it from outside of the truck pretty loudly. You're a 10 000 year old alien liveform pulled out of your slumber by some closing in german techno? That's right baby, I'm coming to scan your ass.
I love Subnautica Below Zero, sure it isnt as lonely and isolated as the first game but hearing AL-AN start conversations and visiting and helping Marguerit feels so nice knowing you're not the only person left to die with no escape on the planet. And sometimes when i feel too scared i turn on the Jukebox and listen to some tunes and get to hear a human voice for the first time in a while. And mind you, these were fanmade songs that they brought into the game! Good job to everyone involved

I'll own this ocean like a sea emperor Now I've all but forgot my earth days As a kid I wanted to become a mermaid But then I yearned to learn how to traverse space Earned a degree then got myself versed in first aid Was it worth the wait? I'd sure say And hey, if I die, I'll be preserved, great If a leviathan tries to get in your face Better give him a titanic iceberg fate Swimming in the wake of the precursors On a mission that is takin' me further Remember mother nature cannot be nurtured A quick death awaits if you ain't a quick learner So forget a fishing rod, I got my hands Speak fluent marine like I'm Aquaman If I don't keep my cool then the arctic can Long as I'm stocked up on some oxygen Feel like I'm walking on water Probably because I often am I'm a subnautical goddess, damn If I find sentient life, can I talk to them? My base is fiiiiiled with speakers. I find myself just standing around tbe base listening to tunes. No matter what im doing, Diving In Too Deep just captivates me, and i realize i lost a few minutes staring blankly. I also love tbe muted thump of the music from just outside the hab

As much of a tense sort of situation this sort of thing would be, I'd live that very comfortably, we just don't have that level of tech to basically fabricate structures from raw materials in the palm of our hands... yet.
There was nothing better for me than listening to Deep Blue while feeling anxious exploring in Subnautica 😂 I have Thalassophobia and even in video games, being in the ocean makes me so anxious but the jukebox did help. Some great music to jam to!
U jammed Subnautica1 for over 48 hours playtime on my first playthrough, but when i was 18 hours into below zero and turned on my jukebox, my desire to return to subnautica 1 very much froze in its tracks, Deep Dive, best song to start a trip with. Best moment of joy in the game, getting the sleeper module and realizing i can jam tunes while exploring, please add sea truck to first game
My head canon is that JT music’s “Don’t hold your breath” is just the message the main character from the normal game sent out and the main character in the dlc is the one who receives the message
1. Deep Dive 2. Diving in too deep 3. Subnautic Stimulus 4. Die Peacefully 5. Deep Blue 6. Survive 7. Dont hold your breath 8. Take the dive My personal ranking. TryHardNinja always makes banger content

JT Music Lyrics "Don't Hold Your Breath"
After the crash landin' left me stranded
On an abandoned oceanic planet
I said to myself, ain't gonna hold my breath
Waitin' around for death, now that my flag is planted
Add the fact my vessel has been damaged
I've never been the handiest mechanic
I'd better gather scrap and get to scannin'
Loss of oxygen? Try not to panic!
Transmit an emergency rescue message
I suspect nobody will ever get it
Guess I'll get this habitat expandin'
Call me Aqua-man, I'll make Atlantis
My legacy will be Titanic
Except James Cameron ain't directin'
Remember the end, when Jack did jackshit?
Forget that shit, I'm callin' action
Now drop - into the depths
An immeasurable endless dimension
This isn't war, but I'll stick to the trenches
Intelligence is your deadliest weapon
Never fathomed all the fathoms
That this sea's eclectic life inhabits
Better have your wits about you
Don't neglect your stasis rifle practice
Yeah, ever since I've descended
I've been breathless, pun-intended
That might be a side effect of rappin' so fast
Cuz I'm getting rather lightheaded
I'm knockin' objectives off my checklist
Found a couple pods left in the wreckage
Everybody else already met their death
Rest In Peace, at least a blueprint's collected
Can you sense any sentient presence?
Who left these ancient tech advances?
Could they have vanished when I landed?
Will my questions ever be answered?
Potential threat - make an assessment
I am gonna bet it's aggressive
My energy levels are precious
I'm not in my element, I feel defenseless
There is no one left
In these ocean depths
You're at your own behest
So don't hold your breath
Headfirst I'll be divin' in
I'm makin' tidal waves like a leviathan
Apex predator - you bet I am him
Top of the food chain is where I will sit
Got an appetite for any kind of fish
Cured peeper's quite an energizing dish
Add a Chinese potato on the side with it
Even Gordon Ramsey might say "I'm impressed"
I collect metal, magnetite, and lead
Copper, quartz, and any diamond I can get
Save the gilder, batteries are dyin' man
Unless you really like to swim
Biters bite me, stalker right behind me
Every mesmer is tryin' to mesmerize me
I guess they like me, but I can't blame 'em
I'm giving off vibes like radiation
Don't you forget about hydration
Need water bottle? Fabricate one
Get your hands on a bladder-fish
I've never seen creatures as abstract as this
What's that? Half a crab and half a squid?
Shocked that I haven't seen a kraken yet
But I'd believe if that exists
Dragons are known to roam these magma pits
Water pressure getting heavy
Power cells about to be empty
I love my Cyclops, but it won't protect me
Not from the enemies that I have seen
I just saw JAWS - didn't affect me
At least not till I was in neck-deep
I'll freak out if I see another damn leech
You can't breath down here, but you can scream
There is no one left
In these ocean depths
You're at your own behest
So don't hold your breath
There is no one left
In these ocean depths
You're at your own behest
So don't hold your breath
Echoes of beasts surround me
But I won't abandon the mission
Loneliness feels like drowning
I'm slowly losing my vision
Keep going deeper leave sunlight behind
The sea has me reeling, my life's on the line
Heart beating, I'm breathing then I'm still alive
So take one more dive
There is no one left
In these ocean depths
You're at your own behest
So don't hold your breath
There is no one left
In these ocean depths
You're at your own behest
So don't hold your breath

Even if we go below zero
Will you ever see cold feet on me? No
Feel the sea breeze in the knee-deep snow
Crank up the heat because we're gonna need more
Haven't had a carb in a few weeks
And meat is the only thing that I really eat so
Didn't mean to but it would seem I'm on keto
Metabolic rate reaching a peak, whoa
I'm a fan of animals, they're sweet, so
I'll feed on a peeper if he's slow
Keep it moving, a human torpedo
Sick of flipper, I wanna pick up my speed, go
Least if I freeze I'm not gonna freeze slow
When you're in deep, if you gotta breathe, don't
Snatch up a tablet, see if I can decode
Gotta wonder what secrets these hold
Ancient alien bases with the green glow
I can hear someone beckon me and he knows
Who I am, what contaminant in the seafoam?
Now I feel like ET, why did I leave home?
Can anybody show me to the phone?
Looking for my team, anyone seen? Nope
Hope they didn't dig up another disease, so
PDA, activate emergency mode
Doesn't mean I need to be quarantined, though
At least I don't think so
How long can I keep up this rhyme scheme for?
Till I get a jacket or even a cheap coat
No wonder the planet's devoid of people
In need of resources, dangerously low
Feels like the ice age got a sequel
But it ain't the water chilling me to the bone
Why wait around? I've found that taking the dive
Gives you more of a rush than simply drifting with the tide
If your heart should slow, and your blood run cold
Take another look inside
You might be surprised to find somebody
Who's longing to take the dive
Take the dive
Take the dive
I don't wanna dwell on the past
But it's a fact that I was the captain of my swim team
Sprinted a 50 free split in twenty-three seconds
When I was seventeen
So when I'm up shit's creek, I don't even need an oar
To paddle through the battle and seize the war
Stick to the trenches, what I need 'em for?
I'll own this ocean like a sea emperor
Now I've all but forgot my earth days
As a kid I wanted to become a mermaid
But then I yearned to learn how to traverse space
Earned a degree then got myself versed in first aid
Was it worth the wait? I'd sure say
And hey, if I die, I'll be preserved, great
If a leviathan tries to get in your face
Better give him a titanic iceberg fate
Swimming in the wake of the precursors
On a mission that is takin' me further
Remember mother nature cannot be nurtured
A quick death awaits if you ain't a quick learner
So forget a fishing rod, I got my hands
Speak fluent marine like I'm Aquaman
If I don't keep my cool then the arctic can
Long as I'm stocked up on some oxygen
Feel like I'm walking on water
Probably because I often am
I'm a subnautical goddess, damn
If I find sentient life, can I talk to them?
Will they understand, or will they get aggressive?
With my terrestrial tech which is unimpressive
I'll say this again, but I've already said it
That this planet is gonna leave me breathless
Why wait around? I've found that taking the dive
Gives you more of a rush than simply drifting with the tide
If your heart should slow, and your blood run cold
Take another look inside
You might be surprised to find somebody
Who's longing to take the dive
Take the dive
Take the dive
Takes one to know one, and I'm a survivor
When it comes to my drive, simply staying alive
Is just the tip of the iceberg
So if you take a look under the surface
Your craving for adventure serves a purpose
Why wait around? I've found that taking the dive
Gives you more of a rush than simply drifting with the tide
If your heart should slow, and your blood run cold
Take another look inside
You might be surprised to find somebody
Who's longing to take the dive
Take the dive
Take the dive
My base is fiiiiiled with speakers. I find myself just standing around tbe base listening to tunes. No matter what im doing, Diving In Too Deep just captivates me, and i realize i lost a few minutes staring blankly. I also love tbe muted thump of the music from just outside the hab
I used to listen to these songs constantly and finding them in game gave me flashbacks
Deep Blue is the best for me, very Enyaish
Imagine they added the Abandon Ship soundtrack to the jukebox it would be so cool, that’s the best soundtrack out of both games
I love how diving in too deep is about the og subnautica game
So is survive, and don't hold your breath, and subnautic stimulus, and maybe deep dive.
I'm pretty sure everyone is except for Die Peacefully and Take The Dive
Imo Survive has the mysterious and joyful both embedded feelings making it my fav
No.7 is quite underated diving into deep has got so many fav,s but i mean its understandable the base and rythem is awesom in diving in to deep mut i think personaly subnautic stimulas and Deep dive are my fav,s
My favorite song is Diving in too deep ❤
The juke box is a major part of my sea train. It gives me a feel of comfort and safety when traveling far distances across the ocean.
As much of a tense sort of situation this sort of thing would be, I'd live that very comfortably, we just don't have that level of tech to basically fabricate structures from raw materials in the palm of our hands... yet.
S Tier: Subnautic Stimulus, Survive, Diving In Too Deep, Deep Blue
A Tier: Deep Dive
B Tier: Take The Dive, Don’t Hold Your Breath, Die Peacefully
Your tier list and profile picture gets my respect
There was nothing better for me than listening to Deep Blue while feeling anxious exploring in Subnautica 😂 I have Thalassophobia and even in video games, being in the ocean makes me so anxious but the jukebox did help. Some great music to jam to!
Subnautica is the best survival game i ever played
U jammed Subnautica1 for over 48 hours playtime on my first playthrough, but when i was 18 hours into below zero and turned on my jukebox, my desire to return to subnautica 1 very much froze in its tracks, Deep Dive, best song to start a trip with. Best moment of joy in the game, getting the sleeper module and realizing i can jam tunes while exploring, please add sea truck to first game
I was looking for where to find the discs but found this instead. I'm not even mad.
My head canon is that JT music’s “Don’t hold your breath” is just the message the main character from the normal game sent out and the main character in the dlc is the one who receives the message
I'm glad they made an awesome soundtrack to an awesome game
The developers mixed to of my favorite things. Subnautica and JTMusic. I love it.
Fun fact: i completed subnautica on hardcore
then you're the only person god fears
@@Ravioli_-vd4wb thank if you think what IT COST: 4 seamoths 5 prawns 2 cyclops
I just did it myself I now have 2 platinums trophies from Subnautica on PSN.
@@FunSkipping Very good i completed on Xbox So i font have trophies
@@carmendafaj5714 They don't have achievements anymore? :o
Once in a while I come back here to feel like I'm below zero
I just really want to find a way to insert Warframe’s Sleeping In The Cold Below into this game. That would be epic!
JT HAS BOTH SUBNAUTICA RAPS ON HERE AND I AM OVER THE MOON!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I kinda bummed they didn't feature Ice In My Veins by NerdOut in the Jukebox.
Finally someone understands my pain. I think Ice in My Veins is way way better than Diving in Too Deep.
Number 1 and 5 are clearly the best tracks
nobody
Die Peacefully lyrics in the subtitles: "is just a give i will destroy you do not move do not move
*arrows* "
these songs are dope i can listen to this all day
Me personally subnautic stimulus is really good
The singers voice when he starts shouting on Survive always gets me...

Bro, don’t hold your breath hits Different
I just bought this game for $9 and i never knew there was a jukebox 😂 bro im addicted trying to find them all, when i found one that said nerdout, i freaked out, i was so happy multiple of my fav sont youtube channels are in this game! 😂
Deep Dive is so underrated
Currently caning Subnautica Below Zero and it is so much better than the first one. Got me a jukebox in my base cranking out these awesome tunes. Well, half of them. Haven’t found ALL of them yet..
I use this video for background when playing subnautica 1 =p
Hope they put the jukebox in that one as well.
I still dont get why some ppl call below zero "below average". It is just a diffrent game, you cant keep reinventing the wheel and expect to always to make something amazing.
The best of the bests is the subnautic stimulus😎
But the others are to great than
wait i just got into subnautica BZ and TRYHARDNINJA made one of the songs? WHAT? like, THE Video game music guy? this soundtrack couldn't get any better.
Ok this my own little personal headcanon but I like to think that these songs where made just after subnautica because Rileys story was shared and people made music about and they called his story subnautica
cool.
Cool but alterra probably kill riley or arrest him after subnautica because pda soy that riley owe 1 trillion of dollars
Thank you!
1-st is awesome)) "..Run away for subnautica!"
Я хз, как по ингле поёт...
Yeah your right oh and also your able to look it up but 1 hour version
This song hits different in the crystal caves
I was always hoping they would add the first Subnautica's Main Theme Song.
I love the Jukebox its amazing but when you place speakers all around some of it is just so laggy it doesn't even make sence 😂
I've been looking fighting this comment section but for some reason like no has mentioned Subnautic Stimulus!
Subnautica is so good
Cool song, ❤
NerdOut: Diving in too deep is my fav.
Fr, DITP, SB and deep blue always on my gang
The jukebox needs to get added to the first game so we can jam to subnautic stimulus while 50 bonesharks attack the cyclops
Rite of the Deep is by far my favorite disc, shame it isn't included here :P
See, this is what games need to do more of, acknowledging fan content
take the dive is just fire on fire
My favorite music in the jukebox is survive.
Has another one been added because I found a 9th one, 'Rite of the Deep' by Steve Pardo, a country song.
My roommate is obsessed with deep blue
I dont care about the timeline inconsistency, i just want the jukebox in the first game.
its nice that they did this, but where the hell is wake of the waves?
