So glad all of your chicks are home! Yes, you can call them chicks. On Mother's Day, my mom had 7 of 9 of us home and it was noisy and fun. Many of her grands and great grands were there too, even from as far as Germany! Mom will be 97 next month and posts on FB each day, always something interesting and a blessing. Creature, barn

Congratulations to your two new graduates!! I know as a homeschool mom it it such a reward to see your ‘students’ be successful 😂. I am so happy that two will be closer to you. Having two daughters as RNs I can say that your daughter has picked a profession that will bring her much joy and opportunity.
I find myself sticking to the same types of patterns and would love not to be a creature of habit.

Creature... I always love stitching and catching up with you and your beautiful projects. You never fail to inspire me to stitch faster! I love your darling strawberry display...It's so cheerful. We are heading into some hot weather too but have been so blessed with mild temperatures lately. It cuts into my stitching time because I need to tend to garden things, but I find time everyday to center myself with stitching. Enjoy having your babies home and have a wonderful summer!🐣🐣🐣

I am a Creature of habit and love watching your videos! So happy that you have your five little chicks back in your own Barn for a few weeks! I too, want to start the PS Garden Samplers that Brenda showed last week. They may be older charts but they are so classic and pretty. I loved seeing your WIPS, I have several of those kitted up but am too monogamous to start more than a couple at a time! I need to spend a month doing FFO work but I can't put down my needle long enough to get started! Have a wonderful (cool) week ahead. See you next time.

Some nights it still gets down in the 30's, but warmer during the day. 🤔

You have really gotten some stitching done on your trips to Kansas. I remember those trips at the end of the year from Atchison to Iowa. One year, Dad moved 3 of us back to Iowa. I am back to rotating between 2 stitching projects - 2017 Fox and Rabbit mystery piece (parts 1-8 are done, working on 9) and Mary Margaret by Carriage House Samplings. The mystery is on 28 CT. Lugana over 1 and Mary Margaret is over 2 on 32 ct. At your suggestion, I ordered my linen from Tropical Stitches and I'm loving it.
Enjoyed watching, Sweet Friend. I'm stitching Strawberry Fields Forever now for Katie. It is so pretty!

We are having a surprisingly mild May here in Houston, aren't we? I hope it stays this way a little longer. Your stitchibg, as always, is so inspiring!
