Soursop is my absolute favorite. Sweet, custardy and filling like nothing else from a tree.
Hey, if it's sweet in taste, why is it called SOURSOP? Or u r talking about another fruit
I think it's just like custard apple. Called sita phal in Hindi
Mahalo for this video!!!! Answered all my questions!
Very useful. Thanks
What happens if the soursop is dark and hard on the outside?
My soursop is brown all over but still hard. Please tell me what to do here....
Have you figured it out why it happened? My mom bought it green but after few days it became brown and we had to throw it away
@@yixiang6598 Some sort of fruit disease
@@tanujasingh7317 yeah it was probably the case, my mom bought 2 and both were thrown away because the fruit inside turned purplish/brown like mold
@@yixiang6598I hate that. I bought 2 papayas once, they got wrinkled never turned color after 2 or weeks. I had to cut them open and they were hard. I had to throw them both away. And they never turned any yellow at all.
@@gracehall9199oh that's unfortunate but have you tried half ripe papayas? They are good too, we often it cut it like french fries and dip it it vinegar. It's like a salad, taste really good 👍🏼
Thank you so much!
Very informative 🤝🏽
I just bought one today . Found out it was ready yet .
I have gotten one from the stores had it four 4 days and it still hard and brown but once I cut it it hard
Have 2 trees here in northern Thailand. Fruits are looking ready today. Usually give them away to the neighbors. I'm going to try to make juice from a few, for myself, this year.
I've found the safest ones to buy in the grocery stores, are the ones that have no black marks on the skin. All green or light green! Glad several grocery stores in the greater Toronto area get them in on a regular basis. It's become a regular part of my diet!
We grow Sugar apple, Custard apple, which is related to soursop. We are growing soursop but having a lot of trouble pollination the flowers. Any ideas?
I'm from europe. I cant find this fruit and growing it doesn't work beceause the weather is always bad. Any suggestions?

Try ordering it off the internet 😊
Mmm mouthwatering, ready to eat
Sir would you do a video on the diseases that attacks the soursop fruits ..I have been losing my fruits because of some black grainy stuff on the fruit as well as some small holes in it ...any help would be appreciated.
I covered the fruits with medium plastic bag.I just harvested the biggest and it's soooo....sweet!😋
I bought a dark green hard 5kg soursop fruit worth £70 and ended up throwing it all away because I was waiting for it to ripe, when I finally opened it, it was all black inside. What a waste of £70. I was really upset
I bought a large sour sop from grocery store, it’s pretty firm when I try to squeeze it and the skin is a dark brown. Can the time be brown or is it always on the green side? I cut it open and it is white, colour of coconut meat I suppose and it does not smell at all. Is it normal for the skin to be this dark? Also, the inside is pretty firm when I push my fingers in it, the part that is soft or mushy is at the ver end where it was connected to the tree. Thank you 🙏🏼🇨🇦
Apart from the back and the seed that should not be eaten, Is it the spongy-like white succulent inside flesh, we should eat or licked &;swallow all , or we should throw also the sponggy-like white material out after licking/sucking it?
How about small white worms does your fruit ever get those and how to get rid of them.....
Is it ok to eat if the inside is pink/white?
What do I do if I cut my soursop and it’s still hard on the inside?
Same question
Can you tell me where to buy the juicer please ?
I have a huge magnolia for yrs nothing grew but I been pruning and taking care of it so it's flurishing
Yeah but when is soursop mature enough to pick from a tree???
Guyabano kelan pede iharvest
Thanks
I bought some soursop, I wrapped it four three days...moded and black on inside
Why did mine taste terrible? Like a weird onion in some parts.
I love soursop but my only concern is with the tiny little black seed spots in the pulp throughout the fruit and my health, it's fairly impossible to eat the fruit without ingesting quite a few
So, does it taste like? Grape+banana?
jeff bravo more like a mango pineapple
Mango banana
What if it’s black but hard?
👍🏻
Small warms get inside them too much

You lied !I just bought one taste like shit !!Sour indeed, but not sweet AT ALL!!
you probably ate it before it was ripe
Jared O'Brien I did eat while it’s ripe sir ,because it’s impossible eat when it’s raw (hard like a stone) ,anyway it is very healthy fruit people should eat more,I was never against you actually, just not sweet of mine ,little disappointed.
luvluca toni yep
Even though you think it was ripe, it wasn’t. I live in Brasil and eat soursop all the time. When it is properly ripe, it is delicious!
😂😂
