      @@kristiern2606 The interpreter just needs to think of a name that rhymes with atascado (stuck) and keep that in his pocket for next time dealing with this judge. He had ONE job and he blew it... very disappointing. 😏
      (But on a serious note... interpreters really are supposed to be able to "interpret" this kind of informal/conversational language into something understandable to the other person, which doesn't always call for a literal word for word translation, and they have just seconds to think of what to say.)

      Immigration law should be totally restructured to be less difficult to comprehend. A lot of the excessive fees ought to be reviewed. As things are right now, only upper income people can afford the fees. I don’t think they should be done away with, just be made mire reasonable and maybe adjusted on a regular basis (every 2-5 years, for example) according to economic conditions. There has to be some way to make the process of obtaining Visas or Citizenship less daunting. I don’t think that will likely happen because getting government departments to be more efficient is like herding cats.

    FUN FACTS!
    ...The word "Freedom" only appears ONCE in the entire U.S. Constitution... in the First Amendment referring to speech, press, peaceable assembly, and petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
    The words "Driving", "Travelling", "Movement", "Motor Vehicle", "Commercial", "Registration", "Insurance" and "License" appear NOWHERE in the U.S. Constitution, nor is the subject of traffic laws, regulation or control even addressed.

    • @toddmurphy523

      @foreveryoungsiberianhuskie6771 3 місяці тому

      The right to Travel was a SCOTUS decision, but SovCits use it wrong. The Right to Travel was created by the Chamber of Commerce, and refers to the freedom to move from state to state, without getting jammed up by licensing issues. So they can't say you're not licensed in Texas if you have an Oklahoma DL, just because it's not a Texas DL. If you Stay in Texas, you have 30 days to switch it, but you can't be ticketed for just passing through or visiting, or be stopped just because your tag is from out of state.
      SovCits think that the Right to Travel means the act of conveying yourself via any means of transportation. They also think that because it was created by the Chamber of Commerce that it only applies to driving for commercial use, but the Chamber of Commerce holds mandate jurisdiction over most interstate regulations. Not criminal jurisdiction, just the ability to create a uniform system of rules that apply to every state, such as the Right to Travel.
      SovCits like to do that though, they take a statute or regulation that they THINK says what they want it to - thump it like the SovCit bible, without bothering to read what it Actually says, and then they get owned in court.

    "The regulation of the exercise of the right to drive a private automobile on the streets of the city may be accomplished in part by the city by granting, refusing, and revoking, under rules of general application, permits to drive an automobile on its streets; but such permits may not be arbitrarily refused or revoked, or permitted to be held by some and refused to other of like qualifications, under like circumstances and conditions." --Thompson v Smith (1930)
    No recent Supreme Court ruling has in any way challenged the legality of a requirement for driver's licenses. Driver's licenses are issued state by state (with varying requirements), not at the federal level or according to federal requirements. And driving without a license is indeed illegal in all 50 states.

      It's always two. Well, 99% of the DUI stop videos I've seen anyway. There must be some instinctive thought among drunk drivers that admitting to having two beers is better than outright denial, and also not bad enough to be arrested for (such as the number of drinks they actually had). I'm sure it sounds like a reasonable plan when you're hammered drunk and sweating as the cop walks up.

    Wait - what happened to the earth-shattering documents that the upside-down guy was going to lay down on the court, with the heavens cracking open and light shining in??

    The sovcit is probably putting AT instead of @ in the email address. And this other guy has 90 tickets and because officers can't go to court everyday of the month this clown gets 45 of them dropped and then the Judge bails the clown out so he can keep doing what he's always done. Watch he will be back within a month. Heck he was sitting in a car and is probably driving as I write this.

    I wish a the supreme court would accept a soc citazens court so that they could make a updated ruling stating that driving, travelling, driving or any other verbiage is all considered as driving a motor vehicle, that a person requires a drivers license even if they are not driving for commerce, that a motor vehicle or other verbiage still counts as a motor vehicle and specify the different licensing authorities as the only authorities that can issue licenses.
    Doing all that should hopefully make it that the updated ruling will be able to easily stomp on anything the sov cit's try to present.

      Hell the legal professionals were the most useless participants today. Cops not showing for most of the charges is a joke, buddy does code citation as retirement from PD and single miss without prior reason is termination. For PD he said they get 1 misdemeanor a quarter, any felony miss and they’re dismissed from force
