    The main issue with all these marts is they try their best to avoid customer care and refunds ,blinkit made me wait 1-1/2 hour to get a refund and even didnt give me refund on spoiled nuts,yes spoiled pistachos.

      Yes but Indian consumers have abused refunds to an extent that having a "no-questions asked refund policy" is detrimental for these startups.

    Totally agree on the employee ghost matter…hiring is so expensive better just keep the extra hired employee even if there there’s no work…
