Actually, I noticed that Christians have some of the best singers, bands, muscians, etc. I was in Sandi Patti video and someone commented that she had a voice like fine crystal...and who was she? Well, come on over and check out Christian music! From the softest to the loudest, there is a lot of talent in Christian music!
I am from the 80's myself and a musician for that matter. I am not the biggest Stryper fan out there but I did see them several times opening for other bands and they always put on a good show and sounded good. Part of that is talent and part of that is pretaped backing vocals. (just so you know I was paying attention). To call them screaming/squealing hairballs and use Dokken and the Bullet Boys as your examples doesn't help your case. Don was capt. nasal singer and the rest were clones.

Ive been on missions trips. currently in a mission feedind the homeless got watered baptised. Im still playing bass but doing it for the right reasons. Rockin 4the 1 who is the Rock. Joshua 1:9 - Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or discouraged for the Lord thy God is with you wherever you go.
as for the devils lair it was 2 for the price of one at burger king and laughing very hard with loving band mates who catered to mr ventralla end of story
