Doesn't matter how old I get or how long it's been, this movie will ALWAYS make me laugh like a kid!
WWWWWWRRRRRRROOOOOOOOONNNNNNNGGGGGGG LLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEERRRRR! Get's Me Every Time!
I’m just letting the top few commenters, who love this movie, know they did a spin off tV show that is on Disney+ now, called the Emperors New School, which takes place in the past when Kuzco was in high school! Yzma is there as the (evil, of course) principal! Every episode is as funny as the movie, and there are a lot of themes!
@@RLucas3000 Actually It Was When Kuzco Had To Go Back To High School Before He Could Actually Become Emperor
Something about this type of comedy. It just doesn't get old. Hilarious movie. "Beware the groooooooove" 🤣🤣🤣
This movie is definitely not funny and it's a good movie but not funny about this movie and it's still a good movie but not funny about this movie and this movie is definitely not funny
Emperors New Groove is so underrated I think you'll love it.
Not Only Is The Movie Underrated, But In My Opinion, So Is It's Sequel Kronk's New Groove And Cartoon The Emperor's New School
This movie came out when my kids were little and it quickly became a family favorite. We have seen it dozens of times and we still quote it at random.
"Demon llama!" became a family meme of sorts for any time an animal of any kind was out of control.
The "poison for Kuzco" lines.
But especially Yzma's original plan. From turning him into a harmless little flea to the "Or, to save on postage..." line. People who witnessed our reenactments of that scene must have thought we'd lost our minds. 😂
This is definitely one of my favorites from Disney. I can't pick a favorite character. They're all fantastic. Great reaction!

Kuzcos poison reminds me of trying to write essays
@@heathergarnham9555 🤣I totally get it!
@@heathergarnham9555 Crap, I need 50 more words, how am I going to do it?? ... Wait, I've got it! XD
I'm happy that you pointed out that Eartha Kitt was playing Cat Woman in her early days.
Fun Fact: Yzma turning into a cat is a reference to Eartha's Cat Woman role
RIP Eartha Kitt. Her as Yzma will always be iconic.
Facts!
Fun fact: this movie went through so many rewrites and major plot/tone changes that the "final script" for the Disney archives wasn't written until after the film was completed.
And it wasn't even really a script. It was several loose pages of notes and lines stapled together and handed in. The official script of this movie is basically a first draft.
Say, you really know your actors and tropes. You even knew Eartha Kitt, and you're a young guy! She was in Batman when I was 6! Kronk is my favorite, but everyone else is just wonderful! What a fabulous job of casting.
The first time I saw this movie, the line that made me laugh the hardest was "Grooooooooove". I don't know why, but that tickled me beyond measure. That was John Fiedler, perhaps most famous in live action as Mr. Peterson on The Bob Newhart show, and as a voice actor playing Piglet in Disney's Winnie the Pooh.
I thoroughly enjoyed your reaction and am subscribing.
Lol cheers Aleatha! I was worried that I knew a bit too much about random entertainment when i started this channel, but videos like this make it all worth while lol.
And the "Grooooooove" line cracked me up too :P
Just found your channel, I'm glad I did, the intro is sick!
Pull the lever, Kronk.
...pulls...
Wrong Leeever!
Damn, Eartha Kitt is such an great person and actress. I watched a biography on her recently and she is a downright amazing individual. I didn't even know she used to be Catwoman before I watched. She was also a fearless advocate that stood up to First Lady Johnson over the war and "street delinquents".
"bad llama!" is the most quotable line from this movie.
Gotta watch "Kronk's New Groove" now! It's just as good...music feature is Earth Wind and Fire.
Good news everyone...
It went up this past weekend ;)
One of my favourites for sure!
Mine too and I seen it when I was little and it's my favorite movie from my childhood and it's a good movie but not funny about this movie and it's still a good movie but not funny about this movie and do you agree with me about what I say right
12:50 Ah yes, popping a balloon in a jaguar-crowded area sure IS worse than committing rape & necrophilia, according to this guy.
So apparently, one of the writers considered removing Kronk for one reason or another and another one responded “No, he’s too good!”
I’m curious - being from Australia have you seen “The Dish”? It’s a 2000 Australian made film that includes the actor who voices Kronk and it’s one of my favorite movies ever but it doesn’t seem to be well known outside Australia - not sure if it’s better known in Australia.
It was popular here. Sam Niell is in it too I think. Didn't know Warburton was though
@@AdamfromFWCI yeah, Warburton plays the NASA guy.
I love The Dish, especially the music
This is the best comedy movie Disney has done.
my grooooove
Oh yes this is the BEST!
I will never not like this movie

No one beats Kronk. Every line he says is quotable

"Ho yeah! It's all coming together."
Funniest disney film by a mile

Yzma’s reaction to her voice as a cat was unscripted. Lol. She didn’t know it was gonna sound like that. 😂❤
That makes sense lol, that line is amazing lol
Eartha Kitt and Patrick Warburton were an amazing duo of villainy. They played off of each other so well. Yzma and Kronk stole every scene they were in.
Kronk and Yzma are one of the best if not the best villain duo in cinematic history 😁 and they totally steal the show 😂
Kronk is definitely the most memorable part of the movie minus some of the Emperor's lines. "No touchy" was a popular phrase quoted from this movie. Anyway, this movie is I believe one of the last hand drawn animated Disney films and one of my personal favorites from childhood.
Yeah the last one, if I remember correctly, was Treasure Planet
"Uh-oh."
"Don't tell me. We're about to go over a huge waterfall."
"Yep."
"Sharp rocks at the bottom?"
"Most likely."
"Bring it on."
RIP Eartha Kitt. Despite her advance age, she gave 110% here.
Fun Fact: When the pieces of the bridge fall into the river, the four letters of the word DAMN can be seen falling one by one amongst the individual planks.
Lost In Translation Fact: Pacha's (John Goodman) name means "Earth" in the Incan language. This could refer to his round shape, his green poncho, and/or his down-to-earth personality.
Music Enthusiast Fact: Patrick Warburton improvised when Kronk hummed his own theme song when he was carrying Kuzco (David Spade) in the bag to the waterfall. Disney's legal department had Warburton sign all rights to the humming composition over to them.
I went to the scene with the bridge but I can't spot the DAMN, that's hilarious even though I am too blind for it.
Kronk is the most awesome animated himbo ever. Dumb as a rock, built like one as well and a heart of gold. A golden retriever in animated human form.
Come on, a golden retriever isn't that dumb...hell, even Kronk himself proved to be not that dumb, on several scenes!
The funny thing is the more the movie goes on, the smartest he's getting, ironically...🤭
7 hours to go! I'm so excited! I think I recommend this to you lol! This movie is underrated and was ahead of its time.
It was fun seeing you laugh so much; this film never gets old for me.
You really seemed to enjoy this one more than any animated movie before! Great to see you enjoying yourself 😊
lol well thankyou. It did give me some serious giggles lol
Keen for more funny Disney!
I love how at a point the movie goes “screw it it’s time for the third act”
How ironic that Eartha Kitt turns into a cat-woman … again!
You should watch Kronk's movie!!!
The number of times I quote this movie in a week is embarrassing 😅 I love this movie so much ❤️
I like this movie and I seen it when I was little and it's my favorite movie from my childhood and it's a good movie but not funny about this movie and it's still a good movie but not funny about this movie and do you agree with me about what I say right
I think this is a great way to tell the Emperor's New Clothes story without being literal (not exactly family friendly to have a character naked the whole time lol)
If you enjoyed this one, you'll most definitely enjoy the "sequel" aka "Kronk's New Groove", it is the peak of hilarity!
Guess what..... February is sequel month! It's coming soon!
Kronk is both the perfect comic relief and the definition of a hypercompetent sidekick. There's little if anything he can't do and do well, but unless he's doing SOMETHING he's basically in ditz mode. He's a very well trained idiot. OR perhaps just an airheaded savant. Whatever you call it, he's the best.
Oh man, this is one of my favorite childhood movies!
Another great one is The Road to El Dorado!💜
Yes, the road to eldorado is great!
am I the only one who sees the irony that Catwoman herself was turned into a cat? lol
Lol during editing I noticed lol
OMG, I Loved This Movie As A Kid! Too Bad Neither The Sequel Nor Cartoon Get The Same Kind Of Recognition, They Are, In My Opinion At Least, Criminally Underrated!
i kinda hate not being able to follow the show with a reactionner (youtube laws being what they are) but i think the way you intergrated part of the movie in the background is quite esthetically pleasing and a really clever way to go around censorship
Well thank you, i like being creative and its always nice when people notice
I always really liked this one too, and Kronk is definitely the best character! The casting was really on point here. This movie is seriously underrated imo.
I like this movie and it's my favorite movie from my childhood and it's a good movie but not funny about this movie and it's still a good movie but not funny about this movie and do you agree with me about what I say right and also this movie is definitely not funny not to me and this movie is a serious movie
The funny thing about the theme song guy is that the offered it to Sting first, apparently, he said he was to old, so they got Tom Jones who is older.
AAAhhhhhh I LOVE this movie so much!! My sister and I went to see this in theater at least 10 times when it came out 😂😂😂😂 I still laugh out loud throughout the movie every time I watch it. I've now hooked my 11 year old daughter on it, and she and I will randomly text quotes from this movie. It's amazing!
One of the best movies out there!! Thanks for reacting to it
I love this movie so much, the humor just gets me. My cousins and I joke that it's one of our few representations as Kuzco's Empire is based off the Inca/Quechua Empire (the location of Cuzco was at the center of the Empire, just like how Kuzco believes he's the center of everything). Pacha's name even translates to a very loose definition of "The World"/"Earth" in Quechua. There's a lot of details they put that I appreciate everytime I see this movie like the symbols of Inti (the Sun God) or how ingrained the llamas were into the culture that one is carved into the wall of Pacha's home, and that there's even a sign for no llamas at the restaurant lmaoo
Also will never not laugh at llama Kuzco having a big enough ass to catch a man's attention. ☠️☠️
For me who grew up with old Disney movies (I was 6-7 when this one came out) I can say, no one was better than this one.
I remember when my little sister saw it, she directly talked to me about the lever scene. In the french version, Yzma shouts " Not this oooone !!!! " when she falls.
Fun fact : in the french version, Kronk is voiced by Emmanuel Curtil who also voiced Simba in " The Lion King " and is the french voice of Jim Carrey.
There's a sequel called " Kronk's New groove ". You should watch it
"Pas celui làààààààà." Oui, je me souviens, tellement hilarant! XD
This is the most sadistic reacter I've ever seen watch this movie. You do you I guess.
😅 uh oh what'd I do now
One of my favorite Disney movies! I love this one so much. It's so funny and so quotable! The more you watch it, the more you'll find yourself saying "my shoulder angel!" and "why do we even HAVE that lever?" in random conversation
I believe they have the lever because they needed the tusk for symmetry, and why not give it a use
If you want a lot more of Wendie Malick as a voice actress, you should check out The Owl House. She plays one of the main characters and clearly was having a blast doing so.
As much as people love Kronk, for me, Kronk should always be with Yzma - They're a comedy duo for a reason. The way they set each other with their contrasts is too good to separate.
YES!! This is one of my top 3(if not 1) Disney movies!! Kronk is everything. I make my own theme music from time to time in homage to him. Can’t wait to see this reaction!!! 😁
Does ANYONE besideds the most youngest of kids actually like it when the staff come out like that with the birthday song? God that's embarrassing AF... I'd imagine on both sides.
Fun Fact:
Pacha says "When the sun hits that ridge just right, these hills sing", and Kuzco said "I was dragged all over those hills and I did not hear any singing".
The singing Pacha is talking about was Kuzco's "theme song guy" singing.
I swear, any time John Goodman is in an animated movie, his character is designed to look *exactly* like him.
(with the exception of Baloo, who's modeled after his *original* VA, the late Phil Harris)
And I guess the live-action _Flintstones_ movie is technically an inversion.
this movie is seriously iconic. just to show how much it’s affected ppl my age lol: i’m a vet tech and if we have a patient who is labeled a “caution” bc of their behavior, we’ll sometimes print out a pic of kuzco saying “no touchy” and put it on their cage ! lol
When you think about Kuzco grossing out of eating that big bug at the restaurant, that's very similar in Indiana Jones the Temple of Doom when Willie Scott was grossing out of bugs being served at the dinner table at that palace in India
Firstly, absolutely love your All Might shirt.
Second..ly, Love this movie. So I better get to watching your reaction.
ETA: Great reaction! So glad you enjoyed it.
3:25 The voice of the old man is John Fiedler also known as Piglet 🐷 in Winnie the Pooh !!!!
in the scene at the table a subtle hint is shown as to what the potion in the vial was in the scene Yzma's plant was given the potion and as the scene plays you see it transform into a Lama - I love the subtle hint there everything in the movie makes me laugh making my gut hurt
There's actually a cut villain song called "Snuff Out the Light" that a almost everyone really likes
One of my favorite Disney movies! It’s just so funny and Kronk is so quotable. Can’t wait for you to do Big Hero Six! I think you’ll love it.
No is not and this movie is definitely not funny
This and Lilo and Stitch are the two most underrated Disney movies. As good as any from the Renaissance era movies.
grew up watching it plus the tv show
One of the funniest animated movies ever
One of the not funniest movies ever
The fact that u talked over the most important part of the movie…. He was literally having a conversation with himself
Please react to
Beauty and the Beast
Fox and the hound
Monsters Inc
Finding Nemo
You should watch the second one as well! Kronk's new groove!
The restaurant scene made me laugh so hard, I was almost in pain😅😅😅😅
Yzma is my girlfriend and I'd like it if you all would refrain from looking at her.
If you like krona then you should watch Kronos new groove.
Brother this reaction was dope!
I remember the first I was introduced to this,
shit had me in stitches 😂
This is what marvel and modern Disney thinks their comedy it is...
Love this movie, our doormat has"pull the lever kronk" on it. Great movie so over looked
Friend suggested seeing this in the theater, glad i saw it. Hilarious every time.
If you like Kronk, you will be pleased to know that the sequel to this is called Kronks New Groove, and it's all about kronk!!!!
Kronk is love! Kronk is life! Best character out of the Disney corporation imo!
*GASP!* You haven't seen Hunchback of Notre Dame? You have to! It's one of the Disney Renaissance, and it's surprisingly dark!
Good news! I'm currently editing it now
I sing the birthday song to all my friends and family
Please review Kronks New Groove! The sequel!!! Plz!!❤
Already done it 👍
English isn't my first language, really appreciate that you zoomed in on the subtitle (no other react channel does that).. Great reaction btw!
Cheers mate!
Love the reaction. One of my favorite Disney movies to watch....just an excellent watch!!!
Good video game as well. So manny jokes
Yaaaaay you're doing all my faves! Lilo & Stitch next!
Most of the lines in this movie were improv🤣
Did you know they turned this into a tv series! It's on disney+ here in Australia. There is also another movie based on Kronk.
I reacted to the Kronk movie :D
Such an underrated *masterpiece*. Kronk is my hero.
This movie truly is the best possible blend of Disney storytelling with Saturday morning cartoons humor. Sooo much of the physical comedy feels like it's taken right from a Hanna-Barbera cartoon and I'm HERE for it.
best movie and series of disney
It also has a movie of Kronk
Did you catch the part when Yzma and Kronk were camping, and Kronk's little tent was only big enough to cover his, well, loins? He was literally "pitching a tent".
LMAO no i didnt even notice it, thats brilliant
Patrick Warburton is an absolute blessing!
That bird was a condor and it was sitting in its nest. Birds do that sometimes.
Hmmmmm I'll allow it... this time
Kronk is lovely
I love Yzma!
Pacha
There is a whole movie dedicated to Kronk! I think you’d like it, it’s called “Kronk’s new groove” :)
Not even 10 mins in and you can't help but quote the lines, with accent. This brilliant movie has that effect on people.
fun fact: Pacha's wife (Chicha) is the first pregnant woman in a Disney animation movie!
Never really decided on a “best” character but probably Kronk or the squirrel
