A very valid issue. In India the barriers are breaking. Ms Madhu Kumar became Mayor of the industrial city of Coimbatore, Padmini, Laxmi Tripathy are Principals of colleges, Manabi Bandopadhyay represented Asia Pacific at UN on the subject, Jyotika Mondal is a sitting Judge, Jyoti Das is a PASTOR of a Church, Yashini became Sub-Inspector in Mumbai police. There are many achievers but certainly much more has to be done. Now law recognizes them to be Third gender.
