I usually get the peeled garlic , put it in my blender with olive oil and a bit of salt & make my Own garlic paste for cooking. Lasts well in my fridge.

I’m so glad you showed the rotisserie chicken meat already off the bone! My 98 year old (yes 98!) grandmother makes a great chicken salad and recently started getting my mom to buy the whole rotisserie chickens from Costco to make it. I can’t wait to tell her they have these with just the meat/off the bone! It will save her a lot of time & pain in her fingers.

Great haul!!💕 If you put the garlic in an air tight/moisture resistant packaging it could stay fresh for up to 6 months. We love buying garlic in bulk too because we're e a large family of 10 and we cook a lot so freezing it helps it last so much longer. Thanks for sharing!😉
For the garlic, I hope you don't mind a suggestion. I would freeze the majority of it divided by maybe how many weeks you think it will last. I bought a small bag at Aldi and after a very short time they began to mildew in the refrigerator.
Hi, Melissa. Regarding your big jar of garlic cloves, you might want to pour them into a casserole dish, cover them with olive oil and roast them until they're soft. Store in the jar and they can be stored for months AND you get that roasted garlic flavor when you use it in your dishes. Jan Creson does it and she swears by it. My sister started doing it and she swears by it too.

I love the orange roughy and the flounder from Costco. Both are wild. I smear the fillets with a mix of mayo, seasoning, panko and parm( mix in a bowl and smear on fish), bake in oven until flaky.

You should chop the garlic in a food processor with some oil. Then put however much you use in a week or so in a container in the fridge. Freeze the rest.

I went Costco today but not able buy as much at time!! I live in high end small apartment in California so super limited freezer and fridge space. So I was only able buy Hallcut fish and frozen meatballs at Costco due space. I spent about 300 and got my 13 year son snacks and things eat doing the wk. I do have brava and thermomix so make a ton fresh meals for dinner for hubby, son and me.

With the whole garlic what i do is blend it in the blender with your choice of oil and it will last alot longer and taste fresh all the time
I strongly recommend you put the bulk of your garlic in the freezer. That is way too much for the fridge. It is the only way to keep them fresh.

I only buy shark vacuums! We have dogs and cats and they are awesome vacuums! Some women like shoes I like vacuums! Lol. I get a new one every time they come out with a new model shark. I vacuum everyday and you just can’t beat them!

I have shark and Dyson vacuums. I have the cordless ones. I honestly love the dyson I bought better just cause it’s the animal one.
