I usually go w ahh over fresh, but when you cut it..Fffu.. only been scratchin for a couple months, but it seems natural, been slappin percussive bass and playin drums for over 20 yrs so im all over that hand control. Been thru all the tutorials, now my goal is to get my fresh to sound more like yours. Im 39 w 5 kids. Life is good. Watching you got me into this.

Great flow ...as you know. One of a kind in today’s scratch game. Reminds me of d-styles. I like how you don’t keep it mainstream cuts. I listened to you on one of your vids and started to use more sounds and phrases rather than aaaahhh’s, even though as a beginner the aaaaahhh’s help define scratches in practice. I like this raider mixer but I’m just using a spare mixer If I want to use a mini innofader for the PT01. Been ballin on no zero budget lately. How can scratching get more awareness?! Great job though as you strive for that goal. :)

Can you set up the RPM 100's fader to open up the opposite way? Like to the opposite side that you have it set up? Left side vs. right side?

Nice, I really enjoyed your cuts! Btw, may I ask one question please? Can you precisely control L/R input level of the signal on the zoom H5? It seems that user always need to control left and right channel's level separately, which can make it difficult to get the balance perfectly equal. Thank you in advance.
Yes if you're recording two tracks for stereo you must set your levels before hand. Keep in mind it's two separate tracks that need to be panned in your editing software so you can easily adjust levels in post if need be.

It's weird that there is no function such as 'level sync' of the two mono track that is recorded as one stereo track as it will always require post processing on L/R balance. Maybe I should rather consider buying different models from Tascam. Thank you so much again for sharing your experience. It was not mentioned clearly on the H5 user manual :)

its a Zoom H5 recorder. I was trying to keep this video 100% "portable" no power, cables no cpu for recording.

Wonder how much the RPM-100 moves around without that rubber mat under it. Were the rubber feet not enough to keep it from jumping around?
Received mine a few days ago. You need to secure it somehow, it does a pretty good job of staying put, but it does eventually creep during a session. I'm hamster, so I just have it up against my turntable and there's no problem.
