Jasmine you're really doing a great job as a social worker for bringing these hard working youth to the limelight. I watched the previous kelewele video.
Millicent is such a hard working woman establishing her cooking business all by herself. I will surely check out her restaurant when I'm in Ghana. Congrats to her! Thank you Jasmine for continuing to follow her journey
Is there a go fund me so that we can all contribute to Millicent fixing her store and just to generally help her out at such a hard time? She definitely has a passionate to cook and to own her own business. She works very very hard. A thanks from us so that she sees your international fans all notice and support her! :)
She needs to get storage and buy in bulk. Thats the key to selling food. Otherwise, the profit margin will be minimal. Pray all goes well for her. Better days ahead my sister
Also, she should focus on making one or two dishes for now, since it’s a small business. That’ll also help her make some profit or at least break even until the business becomes bigger.
Hi Jas, this is Taz. I would like to pay her rent of the stall ($25/mo) for 1 year. My only ask from you is to assure me you will assist Milicent in obtaining all the legal requirements for her restaurant. Milicent can then save her money for the rent and invest it into her business. Hard work such as hers must be rewarded! Let me know how to proceed pls? Good job! 👍
Wow, she's such a hard working person and Job well done to her.👏🏾👏🏾she should keep up the hard work and never give up. Beginning of everything is not easy but it's will soon pay off for her in jesus name. 🙏🏾🥰🥰🥰 Big Job well done Jasmine, for the light you shine on many to showcase what they do to the rest of the world.👏🏾👏🏾❤❤❤stay bless hun🥰🥰🤗🤗🤗

Im impressed Jasmine with your dedication in bringing good content to your subscribers, so much so that you woke up early hours of the morning to deliver this content... well done.
Maybe she can train a younger person like an internship for reduced pay. She needs more help. I had this same problem in America I was doing everything alone. I wish I was coming to Ghana now I could volunteer for free to learn how to cook more traditional dishes. I make red stew I learned from Nigerians she made it the same way. Her food looks very delicious
wooow well done Millicent!! your meals looks so delicious and inviting. Your strength is so unique. I am really impressed. This vlog is really inspiring, thanks Ama
She does. If she were to sell any higher people wouldnt buy. Shes selling to a specific target market... this is street food. The prices are the same everywhere. If she went higher people will find somewhere else to go.

I am very much impressed. Millicent is a hard working lady, getting up before 3 am to prepare meals to sell . That is the time sleep is sweet and in the past only thieves used to wake up at that time .
That's how we struggle...I'm doing mine exactly like her in Togo,I'm alone doing everything...it's never easy... pressure is too much 😢I like her hardwork too

Wow 3AM! May God flourish her business! I love how she took advantage of people blessing her👏🏽👏🏽 Cooking isn’t easy, she needs to make good profit but also because she’s just starting that may be why she isn’t seeing profit. But she also needs to calculate her expenditure for individual ingredients and then add to that
I love Millicent’s, she is very lovely and humble.I will call her and congratulate her and send her the little I have. God blessed u Jass, keep up the good work.
The restaurant business scene is not easy at all. I had my aunt who gave up after a year and she was even a well-established person previously. My mom struggled with it for years and it's finally picking up after 5 years or so. it's definitely not for the faint hearted, but if she's passionate about it, then Give it your all Milli! Surely your joy will come from there
So you start the video with Millicent cooking, you describe the delicious aromas, you taste & smile all the way through until you're overfed & grinning & you don't event offer to DHL us a plate?!😄Fine, I'm coming to Ghana, she is amazing👍🏼💖

Millicent has such amazing energy and determination to please her customers. After all that hard work she didn't even look tired. All she needs is a little finance so she can hire some help and she will be well on her way. Jazz you look so tired go get some rest God bless and thanks for sharing.👍🏾❤
Millie, your dad is one of a kind. I am proud of him and I wish all dads will do the same. I will surely see you when I visit home dear darling. Jasmine, thanks for sharing your videos equally. Until then, stay blessed ✌️🙏
Ugghhh smiling from ear to ear😁 so proud of her taking that step to open a business of her own👏🏽👏🏽☄ Jas you are very dedicated because at 3 am, I'd honestly be sleep walking 😂 Also, in the beginning I heard cat meat and thought you made a mistake but watching it further, I realized it's literally a cat🐈. That had me shook😣 I am so jealous of that foood you're eating, it looks tasty. My tummy is growling😭 This was a great video. So much to comment on, learn and add to my bucket list☄🤗

Thank you for the follow up Jasmine. As a non Twi speaker (yet lol😁), I must say I really appreciate the subtitles. That's another great innovation on your part. I am sure I speak for most of us in the Diaspora who don't yet speak the language. Awesome content.
Enjoyed content and my neighborhood. Miss my home Tema Comm. 8. Gone are the days. Keep up the good work, and God bless all who are putting in 101% to make ends meet.
Hello beautiful Jasmine. What skill does this woman have to prepare such laborious food. Thanks for sharing this video. I send you a hug from Mexico 🇲🇽
Awesome. I'm glad that Millicent is leveling up. The food looks great. Does she still cook and sell kelewele? Well done for getting 80K subscribers. Hope you make it to 100K subscribers by the end of the year! 👍

I'm a vegan I don't eat any animal products. But if you're going to eat meat what's the difference between cow pig chicken cats and dogs fish they're all living animals, it blows my mind when people freak out about people eating one animal that they consider a pet they're people who have pet pigs who have pet cows who have pet fish. I'm not one to preach about my veganism anymore although I don't think we need animal products to survive if you're going to eat animals why are some off limits.
You can tell she a good clean cook, the way she handles and prepares everything. However I will be avoiding Pinot 🍲 if I ever visit the part of Ghana, where certain tribes use cat meat. 🙂 I find Millicent’s work ethics admirable. Very hard worker. Cooking seems to be her passion. Hope this amazing Video boost her sales, so she can get that glass window and start making a bigger profit to support her business. Great Job Jasmine on this video. I give it 👍🏽👍🏽 up ! 😀

Millicent's cooking area is so clean 😋, I wish her nothing but the best. 🥰🤑
Exactly. I'm so glad someone noticed.
She needs to get storage and buy in bulk. Thats the key to selling food. Otherwise, the profit margin will be minimal. Pray all goes well for her. Better days ahead my sister
Support her financially
Also, she should focus on making one or two dishes for now, since it’s a small business. That’ll also help her make some profit or at least break even until the business becomes bigger.
Electricity in Ghana isn't stable so buying in bulk is very risky

AGREED!
Africa is so connected, in Kenya we make something similar to baka baka, its called ugali and its made using corn or what we locally maize flour. Thanks Jasmine for always making us hungry.
Yes, what you call Ugali is pap here in the south. I didn't know its in west Africa too, just knew its in Kenya and the Southern countries.
Wait! Is that omena? The Luo in me😜
@cincinnati my city
Yesssss omena we call it keta schoolboys or abobi, that is my favorite fish in Kenya
What a humility on the part of those who donated but doesn't want to be known.
That is how it should be. It was great on her part to acknowledged them
Blessings to you jasmine, God will surely continue to bless you.
