Plenty to keep us busy every day but its a pleasure when you live in the house... much easier than the daily travel.
try to get solar panels as well, theres sometimes that you might have poweroutage
We are absolutely 100 percent getting some back up solar panels! but no matter what we have been so happy here because in SA you can get outages every second day for hours and hours! here the most we have been out of power is about 10 minutes and very rarely.
What are you going to use for the ceiling? Be careful to not use drywall as it will absorb moisture and eventually come down. I have seen this happen in a couple of houses in Panama.
Hi Dave, we were thinking of using pvc, however, we didn't budget for it yet so we're going to wait a bit on that and rather do the two extra rooms and then come back to ceiling later....
@@WeMovedToPanama Good choice - My inlaws put up a pvc ceiling that has a decent wood look, not fake looking. My wife and I used white zinc facing into the house and then had all the metal rafters painted black for a nice industrial look.
