Why is it, (with my Touchmix 30 Pro) when i do an overdub (in this case, a Punch In & Punch Out), to replace a certain segment of a track, with a new take. Whenever i playback after the overdubbing, there is a loud popping sound exactly at the Punch In point & also at the Punch Out point. Is there any remedy to this? Also, i bought a Presonus Faderport 8 as a control surface for my Touchmix 30 Pro but after connecting both unit & powering up, nothing is happening to the Faderport 8. I have asked the people from Presonus but unfortunately, they are not any helpful (they asked me to refer to you guys). I followed exactly on how to connect both unit by referring to one of your Tutoring videos but i can't get it to work. Any help from you guys? In your website, you guys confirmed that the Presonus Faderport 8 is compatible with the Touchmix 30 Pro. Help.....

I use Logic X pro and I can't get Upload my project back to the touch mix utility to convert so I can do a mix with the MixTouch. any advise on what steps to take ?
