Now i dont exactly remember what my first ghibli movie was, i just know that my older siter got my into ghibli and that my first movie might have been Spirited away, The secret world of Arrietty, Kikis delivery service or My neighbor Totoro
My favorite Ghibli movie is Whisper of the Heart, its really cute and wholesome and it just makes me happy

21:27 can confirm i was the same when i first watched Haikyu, i was legit obsessed to the point of being known as the "volleyball kid", at one point i made a presentation about volleyball and i was explaining terms and the different positions and stuff. Like I did not care about sports AT ALL before watching Haikyu and then after watching it I'd always get super happy and excited when we had volleyball in gym class! Plus I'm currently rewatching it! So yeah I'm a bit of a Haikyu fan its probably one of my all time favorite anime!
I think my first Ghibli movie was Ponyo, I've since watched so many of them and Princess Mononoke and From Up on Poppy Hill are my favourites now.
I've heard of people getting into Boxing after watching Hajime no Ippo. Or fans of ALL OUT!!! (As few as there are) getting hooked on Rugby Union.
I got into running after watching Kazetsuyo! I'm not really anywhere close to the characters but it's fun.

Wooo! I watched this one and my family didn't allow me to watch a lot of kids' movies and I only found out about Ghibli as an adult. I tried watching the Cat Returns but I only got halfway, maybe it's because I'm older or something but I didn't enjoy it as much as I wanted to.😢

I first watched My Neighbor Totoro, I only liked the art style, I'm not good with calm and mostly quiet movies. I've attention deficit and if nothing loud happens after a few seconds, I start to get bored. I love Spirited Away! I need to watch more Ghibli movies. 😅
I believe I saw The Cat Returns with my Grandpa when I was, like, 9 or so. Absolutely loved it, I've always loved cats so an appropriate first movie lol probably the first anime I saw overall, too!
My favorite is not a studio Ghibli and not a movie exactly but it's called future boy Conan it was the debut of Miyazaki as a director it's like 26 episodes you should check it out it's so good honestly it's probably the first anime I've ever seen now that I think about it.
I can't remember if my first was my neighbor Totoro or princess mononoke cause I saw them when I was little cause of my older siblings but princess mononoke is my fave
I think the first Ghibli movie I watched was either Kiki's Delivery Service or Spirited Away, and my favorite is My Neighbor Totoro. I do sleep with a playlist of both music and other videos, long videos such as doll customization, commentaries, and reaction videos.
