I noticed that problem with the wrist in the PG Unicorn. The joint can’t support the weight of the beam rifle, which is pretty annoying when you consider how much these ones tend to cost. I’m also a bit disappointed by the the fixed pose hands, but I think Bandai chose to do that for this one in order to work in those metallic silver parts in the hands.

I wouldn't want to use stickers on the very dark glossy blue paint I used. Also, stickers can be a nightmare if you misplace them. You can't peel them off and try again. They get ruined.
I think that a happy middle ground would be dry transfer decals. You don't have the drawbacks of regular stickers, and depending on the quality, you don't have the drawbacks of waterslides, either.
Finally got mine yesterday! But i want to wait until i get my pg unicorn first. From what i heard so far (including this video) this is much better experience to build. So I'll leave it for last.
Not an option, unfortunately - saw on another review that the act of putting the light back in does a hard reset on the LED, turning it off. The chest wiggle is the only way to activate it.
you should get the ver ka rx78. its perfect for people starting out painting since its dirt cheap and massive panels so its easy to paint and panel line and scribe. i got mine for 30 usd, really good.
Also, some advice on tightening. My KO First Grade Virtue, which I bought as an experiment, had some real loose knees and I stuck some paper inside the joint. It holds real good. Since then I call it Virtue ver. Thunderbolt.
You missed a joint in the foot. It's hard to describe, but the middle section of the sole can fold forward, hinged from the front, causing the back section to fold automatically. I had to put some elbow grease into mine to get it to go, but it gives significant extra range of motion. Also, the ankle has a double joint, so you can swing the foot out to either side in adition to the regular ankle tilt. Again, takes a bit of effort, coz it's stiff.
If the figure came with an action base, fully articulated fingers, better LEDs, and waterslide details, It could’ve been probably the best gundam kit ever. Now this perfect grade is definitely one of the best model kit ever it’s just that those issues I mention could’ve made it even better in my opinion.
Damn they should've used a white LED for the beam saber, there's a reason why military ships use red lights during the night. Its less visible compared to white light.

My gf and I enjoy your videos plus they help alot so thanks.
Now we know why mecha went missing for a week😆
You missed a joint in the foot. It's hard to describe, but the middle section of the sole can fold forward, hinged from the front, causing the back section to fold automatically. I had to put some elbow grease into mine to get it to go, but it gives significant extra range of motion. Also, the ankle has a double joint, so you can swing the foot out to either side in adition to the regular ankle tilt. Again, takes a bit of effort, coz it's stiff.
Best review. Very informative and full of details. Keep up the great work!
Buy new batteries and test the leds again.
They should shine brighter.
If the figure came with an action base, fully articulated fingers, better LEDs, and waterslide details, It could’ve been probably the best gundam kit ever. Now this perfect grade is definitely one of the best model kit ever it’s just that those issues I mention could’ve made it even better in my opinion.
ridicously AWESOME, GUNDARIUM TIER+, Im Such A Fan Of Gunpla
Took it so long! Finally, mecha has unleashed his ultimate super toy!!!!!!!! And its perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey @Mecha Gaikotsu
Have you heard of the spoiler for the MGEX Gundam Zabanya??
You always make the best reviews!!! Thanks for the review!
Damn they should've used a white LED for the beam saber, there's a reason why military ships use red lights during the night. Its less visible compared to white light.
Just ordered this, what kinda batteries will I need?
You're lucky mecha that you are not missing any part unlike other guys that were missing parts out of the box
