Just to add to healthcare. Healthcare can be completely free if you are covered by medicare for example someone who wants to have a baby or visits emergency department. However, one can also choose to seek private care at private hospital/Gp's that bill etc. In public again as a public inpatient you dont pay a cent for d/c meds from the hospital but if you get them outside you will pay. Private in patients pay for everything. Lastly in regards to NHS being completely free. In Australia I can call my doctor (GP) office and get an appointment same day or within 2 days. In the NHS it is extremely difficult to see a GP face to face unless something is really really wrong and most of it is telehealth/phone consult outside of serious issues.

That is not entirely true. All these countries that you mentioned are self governing countries independent of the UK. They are simply former British colonies like India and South Africa. Great insight... A little correction though. School is not free in UK from 3 years. You only have 15hrs of free child care btw 3-4 years or 30 hrs if you are a permanent resident with ILR and both parents work and earn a certain amount. From 4 years, it's free for all.
Forgot to add that Australia is far neater. I find London subways extremely filthy. Couldn't use the restroom even after paying in one of those stations(I think Paddington or victoria). Plus a sizable number of people still practice subtle discrimination in the UK which is worse than overt racism.

Sme nurses around wales area are making above £85 per hour as an agency nurse. Australia is well known to be more racist than the UK whether over or covert. Here in the UK I visit Ghana like 5 to 6 times in a year. There is no way i would be able to do that in Australia. Also the cost of sending goods back home is cheaper on the UK. Also the proximity of the UK to Europe means u can easily book very cheap holiday holidays to many European countries

They are paid better and they end living in bigger homes and drive bigger cars. The have a better lifestyle here in Australia. You guys are forgetting the fact that the UK is a very old country. During the olden days all people needed was a place to sleep in especially at night. For the Uk to still look the way it is, we should give it some credit considering how old the country is. Australia, Canada, America are all new countries so do your research properly before migrating to any country and choose the one the meets your life style the most.
It's not all about money though.. Australia is so isolated in my point of view.. I have 8 weeks hol per year and I always enjoy it in going to either Europe or US without spending much. My impression of UK is definitely not flattering. I was quite disappointed with how small the roads and houses are. Having travelled to Germany, Netherlands and UAE, I wasn't impressed with the infrastructure in UK either. I will currently live in Australia and noticed that most of the residents here actually moved from the UK

Houses in the UK are not massive because it's very expensive here compared to so many countries but the houses here almost look the same specially the colour of the bricks that's why it's so pretty to look at unlike Australia houses are belt to whatever they like one bungalow painted grey is sitting next to 3 storey house painted in lime green it's not pleasing to my eyes.. some roads here are small specially the villages it's because they existed since 13th century or even earlier and that's how I love about it and thats where I see the beauty of the place and driving here is much safer and geographically speaking it's one of the best in my opinion.😀

For me who has been and spent time in many countries. I will pick U.K anyday! The U.K health care system, the education system, the welfare packages, the geographical location and benefits, the robust economy, the population size, the strength of the currency, the diversity and the endless opportunities here.. While I like the Australian weather. But when you talk of a better system, U.K has a more developed system and economy..

Absolutely untrue. UK living standards and quality of life is much lower than Australia. Infact Australia is currently ranked as having the highest median wealth in the world. The UK does not even come close
