I just got one of these indecent digital watches used from eBay. The watch is already set by the seller, but I wanted to see how you set it to make sure it’s working properly. I think it’s with that small button you pressed with the pen. Since you did show how, I hope I can figure it out without messing up the time it’s already set on. I was buying lots of great watches from Japan around 98 to 2002 but they were hard to find here in the US. This one I never saw in a store but I used to see it in the trendy Japanese fashion magazines. So most ppl. Who have these independent watches got them back then in Japan or now off eBay. I know they made the all chrome version of gold, but I ended up getting the one with the plastic Smokey transparent one.
So is your watch working bc I’m checking to set mine and you didn’t even get the numbers to show. When I press the small button with a pen like you did, it didn’t do anything and seem the same for you. Mine is set by the person I bought from on eBay, so I know mine works, but not sure how to set all the rest of the features. The sellers says to look on UA-cam and I don’t see the same watch, besides yours.

I think your watch is broken and it’s suppose to have numbers and not just a light show.
