      Creatine Monohydrate, is for muscles growth high proteins generally for weight lifting, body building or heavy aerobic exercise. I would suggest, if you a chronic HBV patient, you should not do very heavy exercise and should not take Creatine Monohydrate. High proteins is also is the cause of stress in the liver. Do regular exercise but moderately, eat balanced foods, sleep 8 hours, avoid alcohol totally, stay happy. You will be fit and healthy

    • @gohealthwisdom
      @gohealthwisdom  3 місяці тому

      You are a chronic hepatitis infected patient. Viral load is very low at the moment. DNA 25IU/ml available in your blood at the moment while taken for blood sample.
      You need to recheck after 6 months and need to do following tests which are mandatory.
      1) HBsAg
      2) HBV DNA
      3) HBeAg
      4) Liver Ultrasound/Fibroscan
      You can consult with your doctor and ask for above tests as well as do as your doctor suggested.

      @gohealthwisdom  3 місяці тому

      @@shahmirtalpur3646 While you have taken antivirals, then DNA turned into negative mode definitely.
      But currently, you mentioned it is now 25IU/ml even you are taking same medications. Now, viral level is very low so don't worry .
      Sometimes, taking same medications in the long term get habituated by the virus.
      I would suggest, continue same medication as of now and after 6 months if you noticed still it is increasing, then ask your doctor about to change for alternate medications or may be stop for sometime do it as your doctor suggested. Because your medical and viral history info is your doctor knows very well. Rest is fine don't worry about it.

      Sometimes it is naturally cured when your liver health improved properly. If the liver condition getting worst then in that case might be medication required. I is also seen if the patient has serious liver cirrhosis or HCC condition in that case encephalopathy medication does not work.
      In a recent case I would like to share, a patient was suffering from 4th grade cirrhosis condition. He was a gold medalist from Mysore University in Btech was working a company as an engineer. He told me I have forgotten everything what I was working in the office. Before 2 days he died he stopped to identify his family members. Because till that his brain stopped working.

Always try to keep you safe from multiple infection, means already you have hepatitis b infection, in that case if HIV or hepatitis C, D infection come then condition will be very worst., so be careful about it, I just aware you. @gohealthwisdom  10 місяців тому +2

      Once HBV detected in the body, you will get many symptoms, I dont want to describe here. already we make many videos on it please find in our channel.
      In acute case, it is seen in most cases AST/ALT, Bilirubin will be very high then normal. But viral level is low and aftertime acute infection will go away. If it is not gone and exceeds more than 6 months then it will turn to chronic conditions. However, your doctor will say it is chronic or acute as per some certain tests like : hbsag, hbeag, hbeab and HBV DNA with some other liver function test.

      Obviously drinking more water means more toxins will be remove from liver and body will be hydrated which is required for hepatitis patients. Hepatitis patients should drink more water means 2-3 litres of water on daily basis.

    Why hbv acute stage cure but chronic stage not cure?

    • @gohealthwisdom
      @gohealthwisdom  Рік тому +1

      If you have strong immune system your body makes different antibodies called immunoglobulins(IgA, IgD, IgG, IgM, IgE) and fight against outside virus. After short term patient will be free from the viral infection called acute infection.
      If the virus affect immunoglobulins core antibody that means your antibody unable to create enough proteins to fight against such virus. when it is unable to fight against the virus, then HBV start creating resorvior and replicate this HBV DNA through the pregenomic RNA or pgRNA. After that, it is not possible to get rid of this virus easily. Therefore, it is called chronic Hepatitis B or CHB. In this case patient fight against the virus in the long run.

      There are many antivirals available for HCV. We have already make a video on it please find in our channel. HCV is easier than HBV to cure because it is a RNA virus. So,
      Treatment: You need to follow up the treatment in every 3/6 months as per your liver and viral level condition.
      Medication : Consult with your doctor to take medicine, sometimes joint antivirals also given to the patient as per your viral conditions. Your doctor can suggest you. Yu need to take medication on regular basis for a long period may be 1 or 2 year in between your doctor will be monitored you.
      Diet: Dont take alcohol at all. Do regular exercise. Eat healthy foods, avoid junk and oily foods. Avoid red meat for sometime.
      HCV is 100% curable and I have seen many patients got cleared permanently. So talk with you doctor about it.
