Dr waqas ! Dear sir you r oneman army in Pakistan medicopedia, u always rescued us in difficult exams situation ,i don't need any book once i hear your lecture. Because you cover every topic very clearly in a short way ❤❤❤

Aoa…im final year mbbs student bkmc…your lectures have helped me alot thorught out my mbbs journey…ive seen you with my college senior dr owais haseeb…looking forward to work under your supervision inshallah ❤
Sir cases are coming with HBe Ag positive, ALT mildly above normal limit like 50, or more than double and HBV DNA not detected. Then what to do. Also mention treatment duration.
First of all a great 🙏🙏🙏 to u sir God bless u to keep uploading this worthy videos... Which we r deprived off from many unclear lectures of medical stream... Thank a lot sir 😍😘🙏🙏🙏👍
Sir my father has hepatitisb in report DNA hbv 2,00,000 IU/ml and 8,00,000Copies/ml. Is there any danger? He is taking anti viral medicine entecavir since 6months.please reply sir🙏🙏
my viral load is 7.87×10^7 IU/ml ...and HbeAg-Hepatitis B envelope Antigen Reactive, 109.54 ..and Anti -HBc IgM Reactive, 46.5 in Nagpur the doctor prescribe entecevir 0.5 mg for 30 days ..but the govt..hospital is providing me tenofovir or some other antivirals ..and they are giving me free of cost i'm diagnosed 25 days ago. ..can I replace entecevir with other antiviral for 1 year ??? Please help me ..
Thank you for your presentation...But you told that HBe Ag is secreted by hepatocytes... I think HBe ag is escaped from the virus during replication into the blood serum.
Yes you are very right. It is produced when virus replicates and is then secreted from hepatocytes. It definitely originates from virus within the hepatocytes. 😊
@@davidash2158please replay I have taken entecevir 0.5mg for one month and can I start tenofovir in replacement of entecevir b'coz it is now provided by govt...?? Please reply

Sir,, you said in early phase of hbv only hbsag is positive and in window phase you told only igm is present..so my question is in window phase igm is positive even when hbsag is negative then how come in early phase only hbsag is positive and igm is negative???? And one more question, how to know that virus is mutant one....is hbeag is enough?
Sir i have a question if someone is in window phase or serologic gap will he be completely recovered from haptatis b or he will develop chronic infection what is after this period
brilliant explanation. i know someone who was treated with a blood transfusion when the infection was detected in infancy in the late 80's. jaundice was one of the symptoms. she recovered and is now an adult. was she one of the lucky few who didn't progress with the chronic form?
Hi Dr., I would like to ask, is it possible that the hepa B virus will be transmitted through accidental touching of a little bit of blood from a reactive patient's blood (no broken skin or wounds)?
I have HBsAg, HBeAg positive HBcAg negative, viral load >1 crore. But no symptoms, ALT is 55 in LFT. Doctor says it is chronic and start taking medicine. But in 2019 it was negative and I doubt it might be acute. Should I want to wait for 3 months or should taking medicines.. Pls revert.. Looking for a hope..

May I therefore seek your kind advice if this treatment is suitable for me without any side effects or not. Awaiting kind response please.
