Why people criticised this performance I have no idea! She sounded great here!
To all the so-called fans who criticised her for her performances, all I can say is shame on you! She gave it everything she had yet some people just cannot be pleased. You can’t expect her voice to be what it was when she first came out that’s unrealistic. Yes she didn’t make the best lifestyle choices, but nobody is perfect. At least she didn’t lip sync or use autotune on her voice which most artists do today. I’d love to see the criticising fans come out and do what she did. Okay, her voice wasn’t in the best of health. But you could’ve been watching her lip sync to a pre-recorded track but that’s not her style. She sung live and gave it all she’d got. RIP Whitney,
Whitney was great - never other !!! She was ill and take drugs - this is not good but which People are free of not good decisions ❤❤❤❤ Whitney was Forever THE VOICE ❤️❤️❤️

The thing is she sung live. So many artists do not sing live. She could have easily have recorded a version of IWALY with her new sound. She didn’t. She stayed true.

I was at this concert. I was so excited to see Whitney, who I'd loved since the 1980s. She was okay, my God, it's Whitney Houston! You don't get this every day in Australia! It still ranks as one of the disappointing experiences that I've had. The great voice lasted a short while, and then the damage of years of smoking took over. It's sad to think that she was surrounded by sycophants who told her what she wanted to hear - that the wonderful, unique, amazing voice was the same as the 80s. It was disappointing. But I still saw Whitney!
