This comment should be pinned! 😉😂
I've avoided pushing memberships too hard in the videos themselves.

That little Ross’s goose is adorable. Don’t think I’ve ever heard of a friendly swan before 😮 (due to past experiences, I much prefer to admire swans from a distance!).

I've had a couple of quarrels with swans before!
This one is quite funny. She will follow you closely but will pout when she thinks she isn't getting fed. She pouts by plonking herself down on the ground abruptly.
I'm probably anthropomorphising, but that's how it seems, anyway.

Wow, nice addition this Common Eider! I would be tempted to go see it myself if I just had a good car LOL

Might be worth it if you can. It was quite far out for us, but I've seen shots of it where it's closer to shore.

Congratulations Stu and Sara on the new lifer. That's one I have yet to add. Also, wow on the Ross's goose, so pretty. Also needed lol. Take it easy.

Algonquin and you didn’t call me 🙄 lol
I need to get up there soon, I always seem to buy my yearly pass in Algonquin Park.
Is there a Squirrely photo on this year’s pass ??

      @BritHikesOntario  15 годин тому +1

Sorry, we traveled with others. I'm afraid to say that your nemesis the American Red Squirrel is featured on the pass this year, yes.

Congrats on the lifer! I am hoping to see more ducks here in North Carolina during my big year we shall see. Thanks for another great video.

Thank you. A mini-aim for me this year is to try to add some warbler lifers in Ontario. Cerulean being the easiest. Kirtland's would be next to impossible, but I have a lead on that.

@BritHikesOntario I can't wait for the spring migration of Warblers here in NC. Many of them come through on their way up North

Good Morning to both of you from Hong Kong 🇭🇰 SAR, Stu and Sarah, just wondering…….💭 🤔🤔is the Snow Goose 🪿 a JUVENILE as it still has some ‘rusty’ plumage …….? Lovely snow ⛄️ scenes and landscapes 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Hi Mark, there's no Snow Goose in this video.
The white Goose is a Ross's Goose. Or do you mean the Trumpeter Swan? They sometimes get a bit or red-brown colouring on their heads from iron in the water that they forage and eat from.

Hi, again. Yes, I meant the Trumpeter’s Swan 🦢. Thank you for so many videos on birds in and around your areas. Looking forward for more interesting birds in your upcoming videos 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Thanks Mark! Looking forward to warmer conditions beginning in around March when the birds begin to migrate back up to Canada again. We're mostly just looking at ducks for the next few weeks!

      Oops, missed your question.
Nikon Z6iii. Much better focusing and stabilisation than the Z6ii I had before.
