It’s dope to see how genuinely happy Brad is to experience moments like these. @@thekidvibes he had a lot of surgeries, he has a ton of skewed and bolts and cages and such in his spine, so it messes with the nerves and stuff.
in a way it’s sad but it’s cool to see him still have so much spirit, the crutches didn’t do anything

Yes ,Bradley showing respect and love to someone that was doing this before most of us knew how to exercise.Now the gym is our therapy from the daily stress. Hes from a time when the world thought it was crazy to give most of your time to the gym .Now look at the human race ,the gym has become so normal. It's crazy too bump into people that dont even have a gym membership...I appreciate living in this day & time .I'm also grateful for people like Ronnie who basically abused there body so we dont have to spend time and years of our life trying to find out what really works and doesn't work ...🙌🙌🙌also to Bradley Martyn opening up his story to all of us .crazy how many of us can relate to Bradley s story ..keep it up bro you are becoming a legend to the new generation🙌

Most genuine video...can you please do more connecting with body builders.. I love this shit, I love lifting, I love seeing other people who share my passion for it. You've unlocked a new segment and only you can provide the level of expertise and connection to create well rounded videos when connecting with other people inside the lifting/fitness space.. in so many words..dive deep on connecting with body builders this shit was inspiring as fuck.
I love Ronnie. He seems like such a nice guy. A lot of the bodybuilder’s from his generation didn’t have the best on-camera personalities, but he was always entertaining to watch.

This man’s a legend. Probably my biggest inspiration. I’m a Police Officer just like he was and my goal is to become a Personal Trainer to inspire people to discover what they truly are capable of. It took me till I was 28 to figure it out and I want to inspire others.
Thank you Bradley. It was very helpful video. Main key to building muscle is patience. I learned through time and experience that it is a slow process, and I kinda hate it :D. Also I didn't have proper diet for a long time. Didn't have clue about protein, carbs etc.. I was doing everything wrong and had to realized I need to invest in a meal plan. I went with this Next Level Diet. It's good for now. If you guys have some other meal plans and other tips feel free to recommend it.

stick with the diet and do not mess up. follow the plan. Listen stuff like that from bodybuilders are great, but they are on gear and they seek high performance. instead, go check out chris aceto tips and the way he works. he knows and repeats several times: its all about the diet. sticking with your diet for 3/4 years u will see great things. words from the man himself, not mine. and i trust him hahah

Ronnie is the king!! Everything he says is on point. I have always lifted extremely heavy but just take adequate time off between days in the gym. When you train like that you can take weeks or even months off and not lose much. Most people just want a look but have no true density on there frame.
