She ruled a part of the 70s, along with her friend Emmy Lou Harris and her former backup band the Eagles, and their friend Jackson Brown, with tons of songs from their mutual friend JD Souther providing a lot of lyrics/music. What great music in these times. However, I do wish Gram Parsons had lived to be part of it, even though he claimed that he didn't like the Eagles, which is likely sour grapes, although Gram is on my top 5 ever artists.
